Review 1：This may be unfair as we were there at an unusually hot time ...but the rooms were warm! But this was an exceptional day!
Review 2：Wonderful staff, very nice ambiance, great breakfast (outstanding), evening meal was excellent out on the terrace in warm summer evening. Would certainly stay there again. Make our kids at home....all terrific.

Review 9：Hotel was tired and although room was large it was basic. Did have a bath though. Hotel was 3kms walk from Bad Mergentheim itself. Had booked meal by Internet but wasn't written down. Receptionist added us but when it came time to have meal the male supervisor didn't believe us and almost didn't let us into the Restaraunt. He wasn't German which could explain the rudeness and unhelpfulness. My wife is German was was upset and embarrassed at being treated so. We left the next morning without having breakfast. First and only bad experience in all of our trips to Germany.
