Review 1：The location right by the St.Lawrence River was wonderful. The chalet had everything we needed - 2 burner stove, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. We enjoyed our supper and breakfast both in our little chalet. We could also sit on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were very cordial and friendly.
Review 2：Bed was lumpy..and daybed is too old ,you can feel the metal frame when you sit on it, one foot broken..

Review 5：The room smelled of cigarette smoke (we were told there'd be a $100 charge if we smoked, which I assumed meant no one was supposed to smoke, but I guess lots of previous guests had accepted the $100 charge). There was also a $50 charge for our dog that wasn't previously mentioned, though the receptionist only charged us $20 because she was very nice.
Review 6：Beautiful lawn and view of the river. Great place for kids to run around in, and for adults to sit and enjoy the view. It was a good place to stop for the night when we had to leave really early the next morning.
Review 7：The only negative- and it's minor- would be the cold breakfast selection. It would be super if there were fresh fruits and some yogurts available for healthier options.

Review 9：We booked the one double bed room but got two bed room in the motel. The interior and furnishings were dated--had a Norman Bates vibe. Good they accepted pets. But we wished we had paid the extra 20 dollars and booked somewhere else. They advertise 'breakfast'. We were given two prepackaged muffins and told coffee was in our room. There was no coffee in the room.
Review 10：It was very clean and a nice back deck with view of water. The pillows were comfy.
Review 11：The free wifi coverage was terrible, couldn't access the Internet at all during our stay. The "breakfast" consists of a prepackaged muffin and whatever coffee you brew yourself. The beds and sofa beds were not in great condition. Inflexible management.

Finally on our last leg home.. we stayed over in Riviere du Loup. This motel was nice.. water view, lovely decor and comfy beds. We had a very nice stay.
Review 19：Nice small deck on back of unit overlooking the river. Good access to restaurants in town, but not too many were within walking distance. Good restaurants in town. The motel was clean and fairly quiet. English was spoken at check in.

Review 22：Free-standing cottages with ability to self-cater. Very good grounds with commanding river views. Well located, with supermarket in reasonable proximity. Ferry about 5/6 km further along, but easy access/easy to find. English spoken at reception - a welcome feature in a very Francophone area.

Review 24：The non-chalet rooms were quite small for two double beds, and the continental breakfast was only a single muffin with in-room coffee. The TV was a small older model.
Review 25：The view from the deck was awesome. It overlooked a well kept back yard and the Saint Lawrence River. There were swings for the children and grown ups on the large back yard as well as shaped shrubs and trees.

Review 29：The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They allowed pets ( in our case a caged Bird). They do not allow smoking in their rooms but do allow smoking on the porch which is equipped with a buttt can. Overall they tyr to make it a memorable & pleasent stay.

I brought my dog this time and it was great...rooms are real nice with balcony overlooking water and very large well kept property. It is our favorite place in that area.

Review 60：The location was by the St Lawrence, so a great view. Very quiet and clean. We stayed at the motel but they also have chalets. A large open grassy area by the water behind the motel is set up with swings for kids and adults, play areas for kids, lawn chairs and picnic tables. The staff are wonderful. We forgot an electronic charger and it was waiting for us 10 days later when we called to see if it had been turned in. We will stay there again.
Review 61：The room was a bit cramped, but fine. There was no trash basket except in the bathroom. The towels were a bit shabby. The offering of a packaged muffin for "breakfast" was useless. Better not to bother! No utensils or dishes.
