Review 1：All the strip clubs next door The stairs to get to the reception area (difficult when you first arrive with heavy luggage. Wifi work at the door Booked family of 6 and got a dubble and 2 single beds in one room and a bathroom with 3 towels The place is old and run down And the list can go on......

Review 3：They did not call to wake me during this recent trip, as they had said they would do in the previous evening.
Review 4：The manager arranged for a good taxi to take me to the airport early in the morning. There is not very much to like about this part of downtown Puerto Montt, apart from being close to the bus terminal.

Review 6：An older hotel of character, in previous times a hotel of prestige. Good location downtown near the beach and harbours, the markets, the restaurants, the superstores and walking distance to the excellent Angelmo fish market. The staff are very helpful, the service great.
Review 7：Hotel is totally filthy and crumbling apart. Although very close to bus station it is on a very dangerous street at night, with 3 strip clubs below. Its very difficult to breathe with so much old and smoke in the hotel, with a big petrol station outside. Strongly advise not to stay here.
