Review 1：Tasteless breakfast, sometimes poor choice. Extremely rude manager /waiter at the Italian restaurant in the hotel ! Bad merely working sockets in the room, uncomfortable furniture and bed mattress (hard to sleep), not enough space even for the chargers (just a small bed table and a tiny round one) Could have been better value for money.

Review 4：The staff is very nice. They can share and advise what is the time for travelling in the Mountain. They have the good advice. The breakfast is quite good. They have the soup Miso ( soup from Japaneses Food).

Review 13：Staff didn't speak a lot of English (then again we were there in off season). Worked out ok for us because we speak passable Italian, but something to note. Little further from train station than we'd originally thought.

Review 14：The room had a David Lynchian quality which may serve as a bonus or deterrent depending on your personality. We loved it. Also the restaurant was surprisingly good. Quite close to the cable car.

Review 15：Rooms and bathroom are a bit too small, really! And there was a small leakage in our bathroom ceiling.

Review 16：The location is perfect! 3 min from the cable car and from a small supermarket. 10 min on foot to Coop (big supermarket). The sauna (2 sauna rooms) and the fitness rooms are great. There is a cheap and very good restaurant downstairs, very convenient.

Review 17：The breakfast sucks, really - one sort of cheep salami and cheese, cold eggs. We didn't have breakfast during our stay for most of the days because I prefere to eat on the slopes. I ordered the breakfast the last day of our stay though and I was really happy that it was just one day. Sauna doesn't work.

Review 18：Hotel, room and service was great for the price we payed. I was a bit sceptic before comming there due to the reviews on internet but everything was really nice and pleasant. For this price you can not find better in hight season in Switzerland. And the Aletch arena is amazing place for skiing!!

Review 34：We were the only couple at the hotel which was being managed by staff from the restaurant who left when it closed leaving us with the place to ourselves and we checked out in the morning with no staff on site! We got such a good deal on the web that the restaurant staff didn't believe it and I had to get hold of all the e-mails to prove the agreed price as they wanted to charge us double and it took us about 45 minutes to sort out after out evening meal but the restaurant did their best to sort it out - Good restaurant.
