Review 1：The Hotel is situated in the forest near a route. If you don't have a car, you must go along this route without sidewalks. The staff was not very friendly, when I asked about the bus connection to the university they didn't help me
Review 2：Terrible old and dated rooms in which people have been smoking for years and years. reception was very rude when i requested a room that was clean and free of smoke. All this and they request EUR 220,- per night for 1 person

Review 5：It is not the first time I came here, but this hotel is always good. And you have at 30 mt one of the biggest spa/wellness in the area, with discount if you are a guest of the hotel.
Review 6：At first sight the hotel didn't look so special and interior-wise I would expect more from a four star hotel. The interior of the room is somewhat outdated (but kept in mint condition). And they still had an old fashioned TV (no flatscreen).
Review 7：The room had a trouser-press; something I have only seen in very few hotels (and I have been to more than a hundred). The friendliness of the staff and the the overall cleanliness of the hotel all makes up to the things in mentioned under the part 'things I don't like). So in overall it was a nice hotel; and I would definitely give it an 8!

Review 15：Old TV and beyond this the remote control was defective. From 18 till 21pm an annoying loud music from outside disturbed me in my room. I got the feeling that breakfast was better at my previous stays.

Review 18：There was a bus of Russians and they were drinking and smoking all over. A call to the stuff didn t helped. The first call was at 10pm and the stuff said we can do nothing. the scond call was at 12pm and the stuff said i ll take care but until 3am in the morning i heard them.

Review 21：1. Very NOISY.....there's a club in/near the hotel:(...noisy until 0500am2. Very hot in rooms...no air conditioning...and noisy so miserable with windows open or closed 3. I needed to do some minor work via internet and chose the Achat hotel for the free WIFI in lobby or pay hourly in-room WIFI....it did NOT work all weekend!! 4. The hotel was NOT a good value for my money and if you offer refunds I will gladly take it! 5. Yes I tried to find another hotel but that short notice on a weekend was impossible.
