Review 1：Suite was dated and in dire need of renovation. We stayed on the ground floor and it felt like a dungeon - ventilation was poor and musty air settled around. Room looked nothing like quality image on the website. Horribly overpriced for the quality. Young lady on the front desk was helpful in trying to source a hire car, BUT when we got to the hire location the following day (after spending 80 euro on a taxi) we were told that they had "no cars available". So she said she called them when she didn't. Ruined a whole day of travel in Europe.

Review 3：Only elevator can be used - or I did not find the stairs, however on the door of the stairs there was a warning, that only for staff... It is very disturbing, when you live on the first floor...

Review 19：Someone around me was smoking on the balcony nonstop. It flooded my room and was very unpleasant. The room was too warm to close the window, so I had to deal with the smoke.

Due to renovation works the pool and the spa area will be closed from 4 January to 17 January 2016. In addition, the hotel hall way and the public restrooms are also be renovated, minor noise disturbances might occur.
