Review 2：Location. The hotel is right in the centre of town. Staff are fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous. Something for everyone.

Review 3：If you arrive in winter be ready heating is off and windows are opened. It requires some time to heat the room up. German TV channels only.

Review 4：The hotel located right in center of Bad Mergentheim therefore one can walk everywhere. Many small restaurants are round the corner. Small but clean and neat rooms.

Review 5：Drunken tourists were yelling and knocking next door past midnight, woke us up; also quite noisy at night while we had to keep windows open for fresh air; no A/C in the room. Slept poorly due to noise. Rooms are rather small and small bathroom; older furnishings, but clean and tidy.

Review 6：Located in the center of the city, very friendly family of owners, gave excellent advice on nearby restaurants (just ask!) Excellent buffet breakfast in the restaurant included in the rate. Hotel is a great base for driving to the nearby Romantic Road towns.

Review 7：Hotel does not have an iron. I did not need any laundry service, I simply needed to iron my dress for the wedding event. Nobody at reception tried to solve my problem unless I would pay for whole laundry service..... So no money - no help. Very odd.

Review 25：Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. She told us to park our bikes ina covered parking bay, which was appreciated. The room was on the secondfloor reached by a lift or stairs. It was very clean, comfortable andquiet. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of bread, cheese,meats and cereals’ & fruit. We ate out in the town that evening whichwas only a few minutes’ walk away. I would be happy to stay again andrecommend it very highly.

Review 26：Wi-Fi = 5 Euro. Not so good. Most hotels have free wi-fi. And it was a very slow wi-fi. They should do something about that. I still will recommend friends and family to book a room.
