Review 1：It did not have a/c causing us to have to leave the windows open and be woken up by street noise early.
Review 2：The hotel was in a wonderful location with great amenities. The restaurant was excellent.
Review 3：Sometimes the reception was closed and we had to wait for someone. Sometimes the staff seemed not so happy and smiling, but this is perhaps the Czech way!?

Review 6：Everything about it was fantastic. Friendly staff . The hotel was very stylish . We ate in the restaurant and it was superb. Breakfast was all what you wanted. Would definately recommend.
Review 7：The service at the restaurant was somewhat confused and very slow. We had a hungry kid with us and it took forever just to get some bread. They brought the cheese plate we'd ordered as an appetizer in with the main courses--even though we asked for it again 2/3 of the way through our 50-minute wait. But when everything finally arrived it was delicious.
Review 8：Lovely little place, spotless and charming, good-sized room. I was in raptures over the pool, which is in a beautiful courtyard featuring a lavender hedge and a heavily bearing plum tree (the plums were fantastic!). Great spot to relax. The staff were generally good. Food at the restaurant was good, wine was excellent.
