Reviews for Gran Hotel Vicente Costanera

Review 1:The view was announced "direction to the city" but it was roofs and the other rooms windows.

Review 2:The staff was helpful. The room and the bathroom was big.

Review 3:Bathroom taps are in poor condition also in the freshly refurbished rooms. Be careful to avoid rooms in the area under renovation.

Review 4:The location is very good, there is a good choice for breakfast (but the coffee is terrible!) and WiFi is efficient.

Review 5:they are refurbishing rooms, so while I asked for a quiet room, I was placed directly next to a room under construction, starting at 8am. The bed was really worn out, and the "taxi" they called to take me to the airport was definitely unlicensed in a normal passenger car.

Review 6:good wifi and nice furniture. the free drink ticket was a nice touch.

Review 7:There was a bit of noise from the streets at night due to disco/bars.

Review 8:Well-maintained hotel. Sushi restaurant within about 5-minute walk. Close to the city's historic center.

Review 9:We had laundry done and it was $72 for a bag of clothes. The charge for a hankerchef was $1:00 and the charge for one bra was $1:50. Small light panties were $1:00 a piece. The room was $91:00 so we were shocked to get this bill.

Review 10:Eleganr and on water

Review 11:Given a room which had leaking toilet. Changed our room but carpet was very dirty.

Review 20:Most Staff were very helpful.

Review 21:Facilities(room and bathroom) were old; basic elements in the bathroom; old towels and flushing toilet was very noise. Noise was a problem inside as well in the sorroundings. In a park close to the hotel there was a big group of dogs and also drunk people at the benches,..not very nice to see. Expensive for real standards.
