Review 1：Bed was rather short and between two windows, spa was closed in the evening when I arrived, sauna closed in the morning.

Review 3：Booked a Superior room and got a room with view on the wall of a house ! (no sunm no light ! ) Room was changed after complaining. This hotel has no soul, nothing pleasant in the evening, not cosy at all, no fire in the chimney, no candles, no decoration, and no swiss music ! We didn't feel welcome at our arrival, had to find the time of breakfast and place by ourselves.Poor welcome ! The wellness place is ok but the water of the swimming pool awfully cold and you have to buy tokens to use the whirlpool. Note that the hotel is not in Fiesch but 2,5 km away if you want to go out in the evening.
