Review 1：Luc & Francine were very accommodating to our arrival schedule/early check in needs, even though we never ended up taking advantage of this. Motel was very clean and sound proof.
Review 2：The owners were very helpful and friendly, offering advice on where to eat and what to see in the neighbourhood. They have 4 bicycles to use for free so you can explore the area.

Review 5：The aesthetics of the view and the gardens - both flower and veggie. The host was pleasant and helpful. He thoughtfully called to check on us as we drove from Fredericton in terrible storms and running late. The room was comfortable in a fresh modernist style.
Review 6：The owner takes pride in his business and he works hard to run it well. I'd mistakenly booked the wrong date and he was so nice and let me change it free of charge. The location is great if you want to get the ferry early in the morning.
Review 7：Temper your expectations, this isn't a high end hotel...it's a motel. The wifi could be faster and it is a smaller room, but no reason to not go again.

Review 20：We stopped here overnight, with the intention of catching the first ferry in the morning. The motel is 5 minutes from the ferry, so the location could not be any more convenient. We also found the staff friendly. They offered suggestions for where to dine.

Review 22：The location was wonderful, the rooms super clean and the jacuzzi tub was to die for, the kind found in expensive hotels. The icing on the cake was the free use of four bikes so were able to bike for miles along the St Lawrence River, a great way to unwind after a long day of travel. The gardens are lovely, there is a nice playground for young children and a screened in gazebo if you want to enjoy a bug-free picnic or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the city and the water too.

Review 56：We stopped here on our way from Halifax to Toronto, as a late-night stopover. We found it to be a lovely spot and the service was excellent - plus the scenery was stunning - we ended up getting dinner at St. Hubert (less than 5 minutes away) and spent the early morning touring the town - Motel Loupi is walking distance from the petrified forest trail, and the Chalet Noel. A short drive takes you to the ferry pier. The motel is very clean, cozy and absolutely charming with lots of gardens & sunflowers and a giant BEAR LOUPI to pose with! Really not what I was expecting for the low price of $85.

The host was was friendly and very helpful and made good suggestions about local places to cycle and eat. The motel is very close to a section of the Trans Canada bicycle trail that we rode just for fun and we liked the waterfront near the motel as well as the nearby docks for the ferry and whale watching cruised. A very pleasant stay especially considering the reasonable price. Great Job!
