Review 1：Everything about the hotel. Customer experience, parking, poor standard, no breakfast, awful and stinky rooms. Hotel needs renovation desperately.

Review 3：The biggest minus was that the man in the reception didn't speak any English. That made sorting out the wifi password quite challenging and I couldn't ask anything about the room. The customer service could be improved with English-speaking staff.

Review 8：The location was excellent. I overlooked the beautiful square. Many pubs and restaurants around. The bus stop to Frantisek Lazne was a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful.

Comfortable beds, goodshower. Do not look for another hotel, 24 euro is a very goodprice.JUST Go and see yourself. Good and safe parking, monitor at thelobby. Greetings from Holland
