Review 1：Wifi is too slow to use, very annoying that if you do manage to log on you get logged off every hour. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Review 14：Hamm must be the ugliest city in the world. I know, the hotel cannot be held responsible for that, but since it is located there, it sort of rubs off. Actually, the hotel itself is a bit poor as well. But the setting, my god. I wonder how high the suicide rate is in the city of Hamm.

Review 15：Wifi was free but very bad service kept dropping the signal. Shower was too high, difficult to regulate the tempreture, nothing to hold on to when getting out of the shower and doors did not close properly

Review 17：Kleine Zimmer, keine Garderobe am Eingang des Zimmers, im Schrank hängen 2 sehr billige Kleiderbügel, Lattenrost im Bett ist so billig, dass zwei Latten unter mir ausgebrochen sind. Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ist unvorteilhaft.

Review 19：The ground floor room for myself was great as I am a recovering Heart Attack victim so, climbing stairs where there is No lift was another bonus. The 5 minutes walk to the railway station in a quite side street was another bonus.

Review 20：Although Breakfast on Saturdays/Sundays was 08:00 and we need to take a train at 07:30 the manager agreed to leave Breakfast out on the table, Milk/Orange juice and Ham/Chesse in the fridge. Bread Rolls had been delivered and left inside the door to the Hotel and we were told to help ourselfs. A real Great jesture.
