Review 1：The windows were unsafe. Breakfast had to be had in another hotel the first day. Then we were served at the hotel lounge. WiFi worked the first day. They said they didn't accept credit card while on the net they said they did. They agreed to accept my payment by credit card , in the end.
Review 2：The staff who worked in the afternoon and evening were kind , the maids and receptionist weren't.
Review 3：When we arrived we were told to go to the San Remo Hotel instead. The San Remo Hotel was horrible, shower not working most of the time, the water smelled funny, the room had a bad smell as well. The breakfast had no fruits, just lots of "medialunas" with flies on it. There were remnants of soap in the coffee, and the water tasted of chlorine. Also the front desk staff spoke very bad/ no English at all, could only communicate with them in Spanish. The towels provided were dirty and had stains on them. The water in the swimmingpool was green, and looked very dirty. All in all, the hotel seemed in great need of renovation and a thorough clean up. Definitely never coming back there.
