Review 1：Consistently warm friendly service. Large spacious room. Super comfortable bed. Great breakfast. The Schaffers are always wonderful hosts and I look forward to returning again

Review 3：We found the customer care excellent here. We were disappointed that the town spa was closed, but the owner very quickly had a range of other suggestions. She gave us a larger appartment because one was available. We had an evening meal at the hotel, which was first class as was breakfast. There was free easy parking and a gentle walk along the river brings you into the centre of town. Would highly reccomend this lovely little hotel.

Review 13：I had a room in the main Hotel. Excellent hosts. Staff were very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Have stayed there before and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but Hotel Wanfried. Always enjoy my stay.

Review 14：It was fine for us (we are keen walkers) but the main town centre was about a mile away which might be a bit far for some guests.

Review 15：We had a room in the Annexe (a Guest House up the road) which turned out to be a Ferienwohnung, an apartment, with kitchen. All was excellent and everyone was friendly

Review 16：I was disappointed I could only stay two nights. Bad Mergentheim iswonderfully located near all kinds of authentic experiences frompalaces to medieval walled cities to the picturesque countryside insouthern Germany.

Review 17：I loved everything. After 2 weeks and 10 hotels in Germany, this was byfar the best. Five star treatment at a three star price. Lovely hoteland wonderful food to match. Owners and staff were too good to be true.

Review 19：The lady on reception provided the most efficient and friendly service we came upon on our trip. Her attention to detail and your comfort was excellent. Our room (a triple) was large and clean with a nice bathroom. The location was an easy walk into a pretty village with beautiful gardens in autumn. We parked at the front of the hotel in October, may be harder at other times. We ate a lovely meal at the hotel and compliment the chef on a beautifully presented meal. Breakfast was buffet and fine. Wifi worked well for us. Value for money.

Review 20：On our cycling tour of the Romantische Strasse we arrived at the hotelon a hot (30°) day, near noon and well before their checkin start at14:00. The girl at the reception was just leaving but came out of hercar again and - after checking our room was available - did check us in.That while she also had her 3 weeks old baby with her. That kind ofservice makes the difference. The room was cool even while it had beenhot for a few days already. Breakfast had everything 2 cyclists need andplenty of it.

Review 21：Hi, it was a perfect stopover on our way to the airport in Frankfurt. The town was a sweet little place, and the hotel was very comfortable. The beds were great and the staff was very friendly. Extremely clean and the bathrooms were great - may sound odd but after traveling in 4 countries, some places had great rooms but not great bathrooms. We'd definitely stay again.

Review 23：We stayed at this hotel overnight to break our journey on the way to Innsbruk, Austria. It was Superb, very clean, excellent room, quality food. My wife being vegetarian was able to select an evening from a good selection and the food was really excellent. We will definately re-visit without doubt.
