Review 1：The hot water is on a time so after a hot day of walking you can not have a shower until 8 at night. There is no Englishmspiken at all so not very good for travellers. We booked the place especially for the pool but it was being used for filming so we couldn't use it.

Review 3：Not as good as the first apartment we had in the same complex the week before. No tea, coffee, milk , cooking facilities etc. bit disappointing but great views and location made up for it.

Review 15：I stayed with Departamentos Rent A Suite in Santiago twice this spring when traveling around Chile for work. They have different locations, all in the safest and most luxurious buildings in Santiago. I know I will be minutes from a metro station, near good dining and be able to go for a run in the beautiful park near the Mapocho river. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views and excellent wifi. Juan Pablo and the rest of the staff are responsive and were flexible about my checkout time. I will definitely use them again and tell my colleagues about them!
Review 16：Room very small, only 1 chair, bed needs stops to stop it rolling away from wall. Needs dish wash liquid and cloth because they do not service room on a Sunday, could do with another chair on balcony. Room could do with some little cosmetic repairs.
Review 17：The comfortable bed and linen was a high light, location was good, views from pool roof top at night are great, location to new shopping centre and sky deck was close, water hot, wifi worked great, stove, oven, fridge & microwave were good, plenty of dishes. TV good with 5 English chnl. Good hot water & hair dryer. Easy walk along park/ river to every thing else. Staff at front desk were accommodating & nice did speak a little English, We stayed in room 715

Review 20：The pool on the rooftop would have been wonderful if the water had not been so cloudy. I love to swim but did not care to use this pool. In fact the entire rooftop deck (which has awesome views) could use a little maintenance and refurbishing. Fix the loose floor board! Just a few minor things in the apartment like checking to make sure that all lights have light bulbs. And TV in the living room would be preferred.
Review 21：The apartment was well represented in the pictures on the website. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Our key was at the front desk upon arrival and there was an english speaking attendant at the desk. Enjoyed the balcony and appreciated having a table and chairs so we could eat outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Great air conditioning in the apartment. A few small issues were attended to very quickly. We really appreciated the daily maid service. It was excellent...a very nice spanish speaking lady!
Review 22：Language hopless. Facilities old and poorly maintained. Kitchen stove did not function properly. Check in was a nightmare. Sat in lobby for 2 hours waiting for clerk on 8th floor to show up and then found they could not speak English. Room was sub standard, balcony was 1' wide, shower head had to be used by hand only, wall hooks fell off wall, service requests never responded. Facilities horrible. Pool water green, outdoor BBQ did not function, exercise equipment in disrepair.....etc

Review 44：I dont think there is a laundry facility which is annoying the gym is inadequate and I had no contact with the reservation department whatsoever which was a little disappointing, seeing as it was my third time staying there a little customer service and welcome wouldn't go a miss. Although I have no major complaints. This accommodation offers the bare minimum and not much more, with a little more customer service it could be so much nicer.
Review 45：I have stayed here 3 times now so obviously I like it. I varies every time. some apartments have great wifi some don't. All are pretty well equipped. The block is very central to the metro and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

Review 86：Not very clean. I continued to find long black curly hairs everywhere. The sheets on the bed were really too small for the bed. The last day the kitchen sink totally blocked up and the drainage from the bath and hand basis also appeared to have a problem.

Review 100：Arrived after 5pm on Friday so no reception or staff until Monday morning, and no telephone number for resolving problems. Safe was locked so couldn't be used. Sofa bed was not made up. No towels. No key card to access swimming pool area. Not the apartment advertised either, with views of adjacent buildings instead of hills as shown in the photos.
Review 101：Their electric box was not strong for the basic electric needs of the apartment. If you had the microwave and the tv at the same time, the fuse shut off. They only provided one key for the travelers.

Review 105：Mattress was really bad. It was sunken deeply. Most Hotels I have known in my life have had firm or medium soft mattress as a rule. My stay in Santiago was affected by this because I could not sleep well at all. I requested the first day I arrived If I could be moved to a different room (it was Saturday) or if the mattress could be changed . I talked to the manager and she said that all mattress were the same but that she would find out what to do. I did not hear back from her or anybody else. I had a lower back ache from lifting a heavy suitcase 2 days earlier but after sleeping on the sunken mattress the pain became severe . I resorted to placing the ironing table covered with towels and a blanket but that did not help either. Went to a doctor and recommended a firm mattress and gave me pain medication so I could sleep better. For this reason, unfortunately , I will never come back to the place again and will not recommend it to others if asked. No steps for shower. Easy to fall. Fridge freezes everything.

Review 111：The staff was not especially helpful. They were friendly, but unwilling to help with finding out where the airport bus connected with the metro. Also the place is entirely unmarked. The office is on the building's 8th floor behind an unmarked door. It is a little strange to knock on what looks like anyone's apartment door in order to get a rental. But generally a good experience. I would use it again.
