Reviews for Hotel Kristall
Review 1：Breakfast was not available, even though it was offered. I received a doggie bag with some fruits and a sandwich but it was not very good. When I arrived they didn't know what room had been assigned to me. When I asked for an Invoice they didn't have one available, although next day I did receive one. Management should organize themselves / the hotel better. The employee that greeted me had little / no experience whatsoever. In spite of that she did try her best to fulfill my requests.
Review 2：Dinner was quite good in the restaurant. For the price paid the overall experience was acceptable.
Review 3：Hotel has unusual security protocols. The entrance to the hotel is locked to get to the registration desk. We were just lucky that someone was by the door. When the restaurant is closed, I don't know how you would get in to register. If you arrive after nine I guess you will be sleeping outside.

Review 13：Nobody at the reception when you check in and check out. Staff polite but not very friendly. You are not a guest, just a customer.
Review 14：Good situation, near to the cable car to the Aletsch Glacier. Very clean, good bed, breakfast ok (6 different cheese, but just one sort of meat).

Review 17：The attitude of the hotel staff is poor. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in despite arriving within the checkin time provided - the receptionist was at lunch!
