Review 1：Despite being a four star hotel there is no aircon only heating. Seems normal for many hotels in Chile and Argentina. Restaurant prices in Chile pesos but billed in US dollars.
Review 2：Close to bus station. Fantastic views from room and restaurant of coastline. Large comfortable bed and good sized ensuite. The hotel restaurant is very good. Great food at reasonable prices. Lifts superfast so rarely had to wait. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Review 8：Puerto Montt isn't an attractive place. Beyond an initial trip to the nearby supermarket we felt no wish to explore. We just used it as a base for trips to Puerto Varas, Chiloe and the Lakes & Volcanoes district.
Review 9：Our room had a fabulous view of the bay and the mountains beyond. As did the top-floor restaurant. The food was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful.
Review 10：The gym and massage rooms are way too small and freezing duringautumn.The bicycle does not work and when I returned to the gym room,I still saw water and sweat marks on the floor from the last time Iwas in there.

Review 14：Concerning the breakfast, they (we talked to 2 different people in thereception) told us that it would only open at 7:30 at the earliest (wehad a bus leaving at 8 therefore wanted to have it earlier) but when wewent there at 7:15 it was already in full swing with quite a few peoplethere - so much about correct information.
Review 15：The room was on the 8th floor and had great views across the sound. Thebed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfastbuffet was quite extensive.
