Review 5：King size bed was very small. Carpet was very old. Very big room but with very less furniture. Location was not good from Dubai point of view. Very far away from Dubai mall, Gold Suk. Too expensive to go to Dubai. 80-100 DHS one side taxi fare. Hotel must have more contacts for approved tour agents so that visitors should not get cheated.

Review 10：Am not trust in your booking, because last time I book the deluxe sea view room but when I came there they change it and they said upgraded. But how can you Upgrade without my permission. Am really sorry to tell like this but you will note for this for the next customers that's why am saying like thinks.. Review 13：We booked a sea view room. The staff gave our room away and gave us a economy room and charged us the same price. As we were there for Christmas and it was a busy period it was the only hotel we could get a room in with our budget . The hotel was crawling with cockroaches my brother was bitten numerous times . Every time we complained they said we would spray the room ( which didn't get get rid of the cockroaches ) . The food was cold. The staff were rude.

I don't sloppy half cleand rooms. I am not a big fan of mold. Room Service should be able to offer more than just toast for breakfast.

Review 57：The A/C or exhaust is very loud. The temprature of the AC no matter how you adjust it does not change. The windows are dirty and you can not see the view from outside. Carpets in the room need to be shampood and cleaned. Wifi password should be given upon checking in.

Fast check-in; friendly staffs in reception; offered free wifi and guided us accordingly and they've upgraded us to a suite room, which I didn't expect ( thanks for the upgrade). Room and atmosphere was very comfortable.....it's good to relax along with sea view after a busy weekend....Great Breakfast with cozy atmosphere. I am not big eater, but compared to other similar hotels Lots of options offered in Breakfast buffet..... Value for Money..... Definitely return in Future

Has its ownprivate beach but there is a long public beach with a good eating outletwith kfc, Chicken Tikka, Krispy Kreme and Pizza Hut right in front ofthe hotel. 2 bedroom apartment was massive! For one bedroom studio they have given one towel only when other hotels give at least 4. Small bed 160 cm. no tissue box in the bedroom. No chair in the bedroom in front of the dresser. Hope to see improvement in my next visit

Review 102：This was my second stay: the first time round there were no towels in my room, happens, but even after calling them they never showed up with towels. This time I was promised a callback to see if they could find a toaster. I never got neither. The kitchenette has no cutlery, plates or anything else. Again, even after being promised by the restaurant to bring them up, nothing ever came. This is a pity, because the hotel otherwise surely is 4 star and the overall experience is rather outstanding.

Review 103：View to sea is outstanding, the people are genuinely nice and trying to help: I was able to use the beach before I could check in and after I checked out. Standard is good but various: The cheap shower cloth does not fit the otherwise sophisticated interior (incl. slow falling toilet seat). The internet voucher works for 5 days and the internet connection is fast and strong. 2 bottles of water/day is good service and there is plenty of tea/milk if you need.

May be better in the rooms on the city-side (?). From the December to February sea is too cold and may be closed to swimming, due to big waves (red flag on the private beach).

Review 114：Clean private beach with facilities (sunbeds, WC, showers, drinks, barbecue, table tennis, etc.) - this is unique in this location (public beach is with garbage, of course). Big choice of restaurants and takeaways (KFC, Pizza Hut, Chicken Tikka, etc.), 24/7 ATM, everything 3 minute walk. Public seaside balcony for everybody, in the hotel tower no.2, even if you have city-side room.
