Review 1：Room No 4 is a Shoebox, no tea coffee facilities no fridge as in other hotels in the area. 4 night stay but the room was't cleaned on the first morning had to speak to restaurant staff on this matter.

Review 2：Little cold sometimes, the heating came on but very low so was chilly in the evenings and mornings. Breakfast wasn't the best, don't expect a lot.

Review 3：Rooms were clean and modern. Food and drink in the restaurant was excellent and really good value for money.

Review 4：The majority of the staff were unpleasant. The young girl who seemed to be a head waitress was particularly arrogant. The shower was broken. The cleaner changed towels and nothing else. It was the time of the wine festival so I can excuse staff for being a little stressed but they wouldn't even let us sit in the garden when full which is strange if we are hotel guests. They certainly prioritised the public from the festival over hotel guests. Cold eggs every morning! They charged me more than booking.com quoted (by 240kc) and I couldn't challenge it because I didn't have the invoice with me.
