Review 1：quite place with beautiful view of the bay from restaurant and swimming pool. The personnel are very attentive. room is big and comfortable. the lobby decorated in old ships style is like a museum.

Review 23：An ordered taxi for the airport was 15 minutes late and then got a flat tyre, meanwhile empty taxis went buy. So flag down your own if you're in a hurry. Not the staff's fault they were very helpful and freindly.
Review 24：Excellent location looking south over the promenade to the Selo Reloncavi bay and beyond. Wonderful breakfast view from a high floor, seeing a large extent of the Andes and Chiloe. This view was even better from the floor above with a swimming pool. Short walk to fish market and fantastic food along the promenade with local markets, and boat trips, as well as old locomotives on the way.
Review 25：We were on room 703 , and steps from the restaurant of 8 floor were clearly heard late on night as well as on early morning.

Review 27：It was just strange to pass to our room through the parking, and alsothe mini-bar was locked. Nearby there is a bus terminal, the atmosphereis not very pleasant in the evening.

Review 29：our booking made several Months ago, specified kitchen facilities but our room had none. When queried the gentleman on desk duty on Friday 29th March was unfriendly, unhelpful, unapologetic and made quite a fuss about looking for an alternative. Very little English was spoken by the staff which Made it difficult.
