Review 1：I arrived to find I had come a day later than my booking. I was very embarrassed, but they said forget it, but you are lucky we have a room tonight. They did not charge me for the missed booking. Bad Mergentheim is a pretty town with a lovely Kurpark and the hotel gave me a guide to the town and also the region. I had an hour to spare and my walk around the town was lovely.

Review 7：The WIFI wasn't quit stable and I had a lot of trouble working due to this. The kitchen is only open until 19.00h. Nevertheless there are some other restaurants nearby.
Review 8：The hotel is situated in a quiet area with sufficient parking places. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The wellness area looks excellent, although I arrived unfortunately too late to try it.

Review 13：This hotel should be 4 stars! The room was large and had a sitting area and a usable balcony. The food was excellent. There were spa spices available at a very reasonable cost. The decor was uniformly charming. Walking paths were right outside the back door. It is close to parks and outdoor activities. The owners are friendly and generous. We can't wait to go back!
