Review 1：Breakfast buffet could have been replenished more often... Many almost-empty containers

Review 3：at the time of reservation we had asked a room with two extra beds for two young children. Once we arrived (late at night) we were shown a small room with only a double bed,there was no room for extra beds. The only thing that could be arranged was to take two rooms (for the doubble of the price). it turned out to be an expensive stop over! to our opinion, the hotel personnel did not deal with this problem in a kind way, blamed it on booking.com, did not apologies or offer us a compensation. We were told we had to check personnaly the arrangement with the hotel. Never happend to us before in our many overnightings. When we pointed out the problem as possible inconvenience for other future guests, the reaction was unsatisfactory. I would not choose this hotel again. Moreover, as guests who frequently choose for high standard hotels, we think the price-quality ratio here could be better.

Review 4：Too far to walk to the old part of the town. A bit pricey for food.

Review 5：Nice outdoor beer garden. Restaurant open late. Lots of parking. Excellent breakfast. Main part of the hotel is 150 years old. Rooms are newer and modern.

Had to use a phone to get assistance at check-out and at night. Perhaps more staff is necessary. Wi-Fi is unusable. Review 50：If you ever wondered why the hotel so close to Legoland has nothing to do with the park there you have some answers. First: hardly anybody speaks any English there. Second: children are not welcome there, which is really annoying. If this was not enough... The WIFI doesn't reach most of the rooms and is very slow. Now something rare: the menu is 10 pages thick but if you ask for the english one you just get two pages - stripped from 70% of dishes (sic!). And don't forget: if you exceed the check out time by 5 minutes - you will be cherged an extra night.

Review 51：Limited lounge area. Wi-fi signal only at reception, lounge and restaurant, no signal in our room 305 (but there was a wireless router at the hallway). Cable TV no English channel (not even CNN or BBC), no multilingual language switch. Unavailability of the reception (via telephone).
