Review 1：No electric kettle/jug to make a hot drink. I could not make the coffee machine to work- gave up. Used the microwave to boil water- did not taste the same. Most of the time the room was quiet except @ 5:30AM on one occasion guests in the room above were walked around constantly. It woke me up. If occupied could hear room above. No make-up mirror with good light in the bathroom and no place to hang a wet swimsuit.

Review 3：At check in was told breakfast was included. Went for breakfast,whichwas a smorgasbord type setting. Upon entering the host asked for my roomnumber but said nothing about breakfast not being included. After Istarted eating at the breakfast bar I was presented with a bill to sign.When I inquired, I was then told that breakfast was not included. Uponcheckout I inquired again but nothing was done about it. The staffattitude was "too bad for you". The breakfast bar was reallytoo much for me and I would have preferred to order off the menu. SinceI thought it was included I simply had only what I would have normallyeaten. However, I paid for much more than I should have. The hotel wasnot willing to compensate in any way. I felt this was unfair consideringI was told at check in that it was included. It felt like a sneaky wayof sucking more money out of me. The upholstered furniture in the roomwas stained and dirty. I didn't feel like I wanted to sit on it. Iwould not stay there again and moved to the Estrimont for my remainingweek stay. It was extremely enjoyable!

The restaurant menu is a little limited at night, but the food was good. We had the room with the fireplace and sink which was nice, but the fridge is extremely small.
