Review 1：Wonderful location, easy with regards to parking buggy, etc.. Trains and playground were fascinating for our 1 year old, while we could gaze at the wonderful glaciers...

Review 2：The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress is due for a change (it was sunken in the middle), and the bed was also creaky. We did not manage to get a good night's sleep.

Review 3：The location is good if you are planning to visit the Morteratsch Glacier. The service was good, and the food served in the hotel restaurants was better than expected. The room we had faced the mountains so it was really good.

Review 10：The mountain pass we got when you book for more than two days - this saved us a considerable amount of money on the train, buses and cable cars. The staff were excellent and Roberto spent time with us to show some excellent hikes and a mountain bike day. The location on the river is very spectacular. Breakfast and Dinner was also of a high quality. We were very impressed with our stay.

Review 15：We found the food there was just fantastic! We had course menu with asparagus which was far above our expectation in terms of both taste and volume. The location was so ideal. You can see the hotel all surrounded by snow in easter season. Seemed many guests enjoyed skiing or snow-walking. Adding as the last, it had perfectly friendly atomosphere and cannot expect more.

Review 16：Dealing with the train to get anywhere, trips needed to be well-planned to coordinate with the once-per-hour train (but it was timely and had beautiful views, so not all bad!)

Review 17：Being in the middle of hte alps, access to outside, but still with comfortable sleeping and excellent food.

Review 18：Is behind the station, the staff was really helpful, They gave tickets to use the train whenever you want in region. Is in front of Morteratsch Glacier, you will have a great view always. In front of the hotel there is a way that you can practice cross country by ski.

Review 19：The hotel does not have any lobby/common room with a sofa/table where you can have a chat or a drink. This is not very nice if you are travelling is a group of firends or with the family. There is no bar, and the personnel is hardly available at the reception to assist you, should you need any information.
