Review 1：Con: -Unhelpful and sometimes even rude staffs; they didn't give you any maps about the area, they could not answer right away where casa de cambio is. If you ask something, e.g. taxi price to the airports, how to close the main door of your apartment, you will get different answers from each staff. I originally reserved twin rooms, but they insisted on it was a single, even after I showed my voucher in booking.com which was clearly written "twin." When we were arguing, the staff even told me that "we accept a reservation, but we don't gurantee check in." What the.... -Too basic breakfast; they claimed that it was a 4 star hotel, but even no eggs?! -The single room was in a different building from the family apartment, which they did not said out loud. I had to walk to several meters out of the hotel to go to where my family members are. -Roadside rooms can be really noisy, and tons of dust can be blown inside when you open the window. -One of the windows of our rooms(a single) had no curtain, and my room was easily to be seen by the opposite building.
Review 2：We used one two bedroom apartments and a single room. Generally clean and in a good location, but there were a lot that I didn't like. Pros: - Only a few minutes from the bus terminal. -Convenient apartment for a large family--5 beds(2 bedrooms) and two baths. Basic kitchen, but microwave and electric kettle were really useful. -Wifi was fast enough.

Review 4：Well equipped apart-hotel in the center of Calama. Clean, spacey and comfortable. Great for stopover or business stay. They also provide indoor parking, which is a great asset in Calama.

Review 7：Breakfast is until 10.00 am. But when we arrived at 9.15, most of the buffet was unavailable/empty. When we asked, the waiter just shrugged and walked away. There is television in the room, but only one channel works. When checking in, we had a lot of discussion about the exchange rate. They wanted us to pay 10% more than we should.
Review 8：Clean and efficient hotel with limited self catering facilities (we found pans, but nothing to use them on). In other reviews we read that the area around the hotel is bad. We didn't feel unsafe around the hotel.

Review 10：The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast and they gave us a little breakfast in the Evening which we could prepare ourselves in the morning. The hotel is alsof very close to the center.
