Review 1：I had booked a triple room but extra bed was not comfortable to sleep on.
Review 2：the location on the beautiful old market square of Guenzburg. Easy access to the motorway.
Review 3：We had to change plans and checkout a day early. I told the staff the day prior and they said 'no problem'. The next day as I was checking out, they said they had to charge me a cancel fee...which isn't exactly the same as 'no problem'. Stay was great...just a disappointing end.

Review 5：The bedrooms are poor and there was a lot of noise from the street until early morning. The beds are not comfortable and the shower/wc were inadequate. Will not be back.

Review 7：The toilet in the family room had a special pump, and it was not possible to flush it as one is used to. Due to the electric pump it was really noisy and unfortunately got stucked quite soon.
Review 8：The family room was spacious and clean and facing the square so we had nice view. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Review 11：Hotel closed after 11 pm, no one told us about this and in order to find someone to open the door we have searched for help in neighborhood, so some adventures but nothing important.

Review 51：To access the hotel parking lot you will be very close to receive a fine from the always present German Polizei, because the hotel is located in the downtown restricted area. Be carefull, there is only one way without this risk (crossing below the tower ) The breakfast had no reposition for the excellent German breads
