Review 1：Breakfast was a little limited, expected more for somewhere with a reputation for great food.

Review 2：Room was a great size for the family - with 2 kids lots of space. Facilities in the room were good and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Review 15：Location quite close to everything, yet very quiet. Room is nicely decorated and very clean. Bath is a bit old, drainage not very good in my room (208). But it`s not a big deal. Staff is very helpful at he reception. Spa procedures are quite good, especially massage. But do not expect medical treatment (like Sharko shower nad others). The pool is not a big thing, consider it just a complimentary for the sauna. Restaurant is exceptionally good in terms of service and menu.

Review 16：The wellness area is somewhat strange. The pool is small and, frankly, too cold but the weirdest thing are the loungers for which one has to go up the stairs to find (all three!) of them when coming out of the water. Room for improvement here.

Review 19：Great localisation, right in the Old Centre of Karlovy Vary. Very attentive and kind staff at the reception desk. Room service was top class. They helped us with our luggage. The car was taken by the staff member to their underground garage and if you want to go somewhere during your stay you just need to ask the previous day and they will see to get your car back. The breakfest was also really nice, with big variety of cold and hot dishes alike, lots of fruits and vegetables, everything was fresh. The biggest pro of this hotel is however their restaurant. It is top class, and provides a wonderful dining experience. The waiters are truly amazing, extremely skilled, attentive, without being overbearing, especially the master waiter was a real joy to interact with. The dishes served are absolutely delicious, some of them prepared on sight. The menu is not large, but offers a big variety and you can compose your own dish, a vegeterian platter for example. Highly recommended.

Review 23：Excellent service! We stayed here on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and a heart made of rose petals was laid on the bed when we checked in. Champagne was brought the room within five minutes of our arrival. Unfortunately, I broke my foot, but the staff brought ice packs and room service up expeditiously. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 42：Hotel is difficult to get to (although that also applies to other neighbouring hotels). There is no adjacent parking but the person on reception took away our car to be parked and then delivered it back when we left. The breakfast buffet seemed to be always running out of items.

Review 55：Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good selection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful experience, excellent food and perfect service. Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended.

Review 56：To our bad luck it was very hot in karlovy vary, there is no aircondition in the hotel and even a ventilator we did not get. We suffered from the heat in the room, another problem is the street which leads to the hotel. On our last day a policeman told us to stop the car and asked if we have permission to drive on this street. just after a long explenetion we had understand that there is a special sign on the only road to the hotel, we paid 500 kron for this cime.... as we returned to the hotel and told them they made a copy of the receipt and said that it never hapened before....

Review 67：I don't like breakfast: 1) a narrow range of choice for tea - only one brand (not the best !) of black tea; 2) water for tea is not hot but a little warm; 3) boiled buckwheat (kasha) have a good taste but as a rule it is a rather cool; 4) according to the hotel schedulethe breakfast should be available up to 10 o'clock but at 9.30 menue is already very poor.

Review 73：The price compared with the services and facilities is not fair. very basic services, same breakfast every day with just a few kind of food, no hot mail like eggs as other hotels just ready made, no drinking water with braekfast (the breakfast is very very poor). Very old hotel from 1917 and it need to be renewed, No AC in the hotel. Difficult to find it and reach it because of no big sign for the hotel. too much noise from the road. Low internet signal. Farther more, it location is not in the center, it is arround ten minutes walking to reach thermal hotel area.
