Review 1：Nothing bad. If I was really pushed to find something negative then I would say that the lighting in the room was quite poor over the desk but it wasn't a huge deal. No kettle but we had taken our own so that was no problem.
Review 2：Lovely room on top floor with sloping ceilings and lots of floor space and plenty of storage. It had a fridge which is always handy! Good clean hotel and friendly staff. We arrived after midnight but that was no problem. Left early each morning so didn't have breakfast but the dining area looked pleasant. Excellent location in the pedestrianised area, only a couple of minutes walk from the Spalicek. Comfortable bed, free parking at the rear. Hotel was well signposted when driving in so found it easily. Would definitely stay again.
Review 3：Breakfast was just average. but overall the hotel is good value for money and Cheb is very cheap generally, if very quiet.
Review 4：Great location, reasonable price. Staff were efficient and helpful in an unfriendly but not rude sort of way. I guess that's the Czech personality. We had free use of a computer in the breakfast room when we needed to book a room elsewhere in a hurry.
Review 5：No native English channel on TV. Upload wifi was very slow. No airco nor vent in bathroom. No vault in room found.

Review 7：Exeptionally helpful receptionist (Dasa?) made my stay pleasant. The location was very convenient for exploring sights and history of the city. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and free parking at the back of the hotel was a bonus.
Review 8：The room was very modern and well equipped, as was the whole hotel. The staff were very helpful and arranged for our motorcycle to be in garage overnight. The town has many nice old buildings amd was worth a look round. Difficult to find a restaurant in walking distance to serve food after 9pm!!
