Review 1：Very friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel is in an excellent location and the room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we required.

Review 4：The spa's opening hours are limited to afternoon. Mornings would have been nice, too.. Secondly, breakfasts were generous, but there were no special treats that really set it apart from the standard.
Review 5：Welcoming and fully accessible staff, all requests for information and special concerns attended to without delay. A couple in our party came down with flu, and the staff took all possible measures to help them feel at home! Very personal and competent service. A rainy-day (in our case, snow stormy-day) program was also part of the breakfast table set-up every morning. Staff Maurice, Sarina, Frau Heigel, Maria, Manuela and Nil were all just superb. The Netts run a wonderful hotel!
Review 6：Didn't offer the ski pass at the rate advertised for participating hotels (including the Post) as I hadn't booked my stay direct with them. Breakfast coffee was a cost-saving too far.
