Review 2：very nice staff ! they changey my dates without additional costs because of a wrong booking on my side and I could already check in 8 am after a long bus ride ! Nice hotel in the center with good room and comfortable bed !
Review 3：It doesn't look much from the street but inside this Hotel opens up into big, quiet, modern and clean spaces. The modern double-glazed windows in the room effectively blocked out the constant Rio Gallegos wind and noise. The staff were very good and it was most helpful to find an English speaker amongst the staff. The hotel is ideally located near the centre.

Review 5：Everything was fine. It's more a business hotel. Therefore everything runs smooth and they have good breakfast. Staff was very nice. One of them spoke excellent english and was very helpful.
Review 6：We had no complaints about the hotel itself. ,I used booking.com to make a 1 night reservation. Within 3 minutes of booking I realized I'd entered the wrong day, and used booking.com's option to change the date. The hotel insisted on payment for both nights, telling me only bookings.com could waive payment for the extra night that we didn't stay. This is not true; bookings tried to get the fee waived, but the hotel's official policy is 7 days notice for cancellation and they wouldn't budge.

Review 8：Nothing special but perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay between buses - comfortable and things worked as they were supposed to. (Contrary to what one of the other reviews suggested, the staff I dealt with spoke reasonable English).
Review 9：Chose this hotel as it advertised a restaurant which we intended to use as we were arriving late and leaving early. However it was closed despite being advertised in reception. Breakfast was not good, half of the buffet items were put out midway through our breakfast even though breakfast had been open for 30 minutes. Not good for the price.

Review 11：I only chose this hotel because it was the only one available for the nights I wanted but it was a great choice. Very good and quiet location; clean, well presented modern room and very helpful staff.
