Review 1：Lights were not working in some areas and alot of things were broken ionthe room. I intend to go back to the manager to complain. Its a verypoor hotel and needs an urgent facelift.

Review 7：Dirty , furniture ripped and worn , kitchen unuseable pots and pans filthy , no cups or glasses without chips or cracks , no kettle , mattress too small for bed frame , floors stained and sticky and electric wall sockets smashed and dangerous.

Review 9：Parking arranged but not available on arrival. Standard and cleanliness of cooking facilities and utensils was unsatisfactory. Bedding ie pillows and doona - uncomfortable and not to size. Travelling companions without TV for 3 days. European adapters would not fit all power outlets. Ants in one kitchenette. No cups, jug, toaster between the 2 apartments. No smoking requested but facilities reeked of smoke. No tea towels provided. We realised that it was a no frills accommodation, but were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities.

Shame on booking.com for allowing this sort of properties being advertised. I believe the Swiss tourism authorities should be really lax to allow such places to be sold for tourists. -Family from UK

Review 43：For an expensive country, this was the real budget end (but still costly for what it was). We weren't in the apartment much, but not realy ideal if you were intending to cook meals etc as there was limited cooking utensils, in a kitchen that wasn't very clean to begin with. Also no kettle, toaster or microwave. The bedrooms had limited furniture (one room just had a bed in, nothing else). Not many power points either.

Review 45：The hotel is not worth the money, its in a very bad shape. Not clean at all. People listing a hotel like this must definitely visit it to check if its even worth to be listed. The kitchenette, bathroom and all the rooms need a complete renovation. The furniture is all used, bathroom had a broken shower, floor had spots and stains all over the place. Dirt from previous guest was all over in the room. Very bad value for money.
Review 46：The couch had a hole and they put a blanket that had cigarette burns to cover it! The remote control of the tv was from another one, not working obviously, and finally the bathroom could use a touch of freshness.

Review 50：This place was a complete rip off for the amount (CHF600 for 3 nights) we paid. 1. The whole damn place was stinking because of smoking. Everywhere there was smell from smoking by previous folks. There was ZERO effort by the staff to ensure that customers don't smoke. There was smoke even in common areas. When I complained to Isabelle and her manager - all they had to say was customers don't listen - what a looser !! 2. The cleanliness level were near ZERO. The floor on the kitchen (with years of poor maintenance) was sticky with grim that had not been cleaned. If you walked bare feet in the kitchen your skin will stick to the kitchen - same like glue in between two fingers. 3. The equipment in the kitchen was probably installed during Adam and Eve's time. It was very very basic. All the utensils had a bad odor. 4. The wifi barely worked in the apartment. You had to sit at an angle...in a particular position....at a time of the day.... hope it works.... 5. After paying CHF600 for 3 nights, this apartment had the balls to ask for more money to use Washing Machines and Dryer. 6. It is very basic courtesy expected out of any hotel / apartment to check with the customer before charging the credit card for the final payment (even if it is at the time of CHECKIN). The staff here was so eager to charge my card that they didn’t even bother to ask me – as if I would run way with their money. Finally, I thought that this would be a good place to stay since it was a Service Apartment. Probably it would be run like a professional outfit. We had a wonderful time staying in all our previous nights in this trip. We stayed in 3 places. Nova was by far the worst. MY RECOMMENDATION - DONT EVER STAY HERE.

Review 53：accessibility by tram from main station; only a short ride away. It's located in a quiet street. I loved the peel of church bells- though distant enough not to be loud. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. We didn't need Wi-fi connection.

The apartment was very dirty and nothing working the staff change our romm to a one that was slightly better at least we had a power points that some worked. There were cigarette burns in the mattress, pillows, doonas, benches in fact everywhere throughout the apartment. This was very disappointing compared to the ad on internet. Would not ever recommend this apartment to anyone. Very disappointed.
