Review 1：The Sauna was not working.

Review 2：The Creekside lift was just across the street and up some stairs. Very convenient access. Just put on your gear and walk to the lift, just a couple minutes away. Hot tub and pool were open. Hot tub was nice and hot perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Pool was heated, so it was nice to take a swim. the room was comfortable and just the right size for two people. I loved the kitchen and it was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and all items needed for cleaning. It was quiet and relaxing. I slept like a baby. We had full cable access for TV and Movies. All phone calls were free even international calls, yeah!!! It was so awesome to go skiing upon Whistler and Blackcomb. This place was perfect and reasonable on rates. I will stay here again.

Review 3：The apartment was very cosy but lacking in lighting in main bedroom and lacking equipment in kitchen. Only 6 knives for an apartment which sleeps 6. No sharp knives and very little cooking utensils . A few little touches Would have improved it greatly

Review 5：Literally more than 4 of the cook ware/glasses were cracked. My hand split open doing dishes and did not stop bleeding for more than 6 hours. The service, when checking in, was not welcoming at all. There were blood stains on the shower curtain, made it really unpleasant. Security deposit was way too much comparing to other hotels/resort. Their reason for that was that it is an expensive place that they are renting us. When I walked in to the door I was shocked by the quality. Blood stain shower curtains, all the glasses are broken, bunker bed that was so uncomfortable to use, and the table cloth set up on tables were so unclean we did not even use any. I have no idea who cleans this place and would ever think its ok to keep those for next guests. Not a very good experience anyhow. I would not recommend this resort at all. Pay a little bit more and you will actually enjoy your vacation not like mine.

Review 8：The unit was a home away from home & had everything we needed for a long weekend stay but I could stay there longer. Hot tub was fantastic.

Review 11：We checked in during office hours and got a code to get in to the building and direction to property. We ended up getting to our room around 9pm. We missed the property because it was the only sign that wasn't lite up. Then we were not informed about parking and where we could park so we were lucky to get a visitor spot. We then tried the code to get into the building and it was the wrong code. We were lucky that someone else gave us another code that worked. We weren't sure who we would have contacted as this happened outside of front desk hours. Room was presentable but our internet connection was horrible so didn't use it. We also lost power a few times while I was drying my hairs with a hair dryer. The cancellation policy is super strict and this is not a good place to book within 45 days out. There is no mention of a $500 credit card damage deposit when booking.

Review 13：We did not like the beds, very old, not comfortable. In our opinion in desperate need of replacing these matrasses in both bedrooms. Kitchen was equipped with the bare minimum.

Review 19：Location, location and location. Very quiet. Everything from shops restaurants and other entertainment is right at your door step at marketplace lodge.

Review 21：This was the perfect location for our trip to whistler. We snowboarder each day, a 10min walk in snowboard boots to the lift, quicker in regular shoes. Lovely fire, spacious rooms, what you see is what you get. Would thoroughly recommend.
