Review 1：old place from the communist era... an old receptionist ripped me off on beer prize close to 19 euro will never recommend this place to anyone breakfast cold...yuuuuuk

Review 2：In my reservation I have asked for a bed for our 1 yr old son but when i arrived the bed wasn't there...I requested again at the reception but it started to be too complicated (it seems the bed was broken or so) then I just gave up and our son slept in our bed... Staff doesn't speak good English, although they were very nice and make an effort to understand you. The bathroom was clean but with a light smell if cigarettes.

Review 3：I think it was a quite honest hotel, very well located, just a block away from the main square. Although central, the room was very quiet. Facilities are simple, but the rooms are clean and I had a comfortable night there for a good price. Staff were very nice.

Review 6：No other guests were apparent for the evening meal though some appeared for breakfast. The food was not memorable, fillet steak was probably rump or worse!

Review 7：We booked last minute having turned down an unsuitable hotel. The manager/owner kept a lookout for us and ushered us into our safe and covered parking slot.

Review 8：My first assigned room was smells of smoke so bad, so I asked to change the room. unfortunately no extra same type of room left, so I got pay extra. They gave me discount for it. They said all of are non-smoking room, if so why they put ash tray in the room. Their little boy was jumping at steps and making noise for 5 hours.

Review 10：It's not that I didn't like it, just be aware that in this areayou'll do better with German than English. But you should get bywith English at this hotel. We speak Russian as well as English and wegot on better with some staff that way.For us Cheb was not one of the more interesting or picturesque towns in the region, though it does have some interesting old buildings on the square.

Review 11：Liked pretty much everything. Met or exceeded all expectations for ahotel of this class in cz. Private off-street parking was a good thingfor us. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, but probablyshould have. Breakfast was above average for a cz hotel of this classoutside Prague. The place we ate dinner on the main square was morepicturesque, but pretty dismal food-wise.
