Review 1：The restaurant. The food at supper was overcooked and only warm, the wait was long for the amount of customers, very expensive for the quality of food ans service. Breakfast was great.

Review 16：After waiting 45 minutes for breakfast we gave up. Went to reception to ask that this should not be on our final bill because we did not get the breakfast. I was told that the hotel was full which was the reason for this. Not really a very good reason for poor service. I was also asked to identify the member of staff who took our order for breakfast which I felt uncormortable with as she was the victim of very poor management.

Review 28：The gentleman on the desk at night (we arrived quite late) seemed a bit gruff not terribly welcoming. Very insistent on the no smoking no pets signature -seemed to be his main concern. Said it was a long walk to the room - maybe I should move my car - it wasn't far to room -moving the car would have been more trouble. I was very tired from drive and not very appreciative of his comments.

Review 30：The only time we stopped at a hotel was when we were too tired to drive. This hotel was by far the best one we stayed at during our trip. The room was great. It had a good atmosphere and it was the best sleep we had gotten in days.

Review 35：The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The views over the St Lawrence are amazing. The rooms are great.It is very close to the main highway and near the ferry. The staff are friendly, we pulled in quite late and they were helpful.
Review 36：Would advise anyone of a mature age to ask for a room closer to the facilities. Our room was in another building, and many twists and turned to get to the room, was a long walk for any of the amenities!

Review 51：The only thing I was disappointed in was that shower curtain had a strong mildew smell which made the washroom smell & it even seeped into the bedroom area. I know it costs that extra bit, but hotels should consider putting in glass walls instead of shower curtains to curtail this unfortunate occurrence. Also beware, the price on booking.com was reasonable but after all the extra charges, the bill was a lot more than we'd expected but we didn't regret staying there.
Review 52：The bed & linens were super comfortable...especially after a long day's drive with another one for the following day. Last time we came through we stayed at a cheaper place & we very disappointed. We wish we'd arrived earlier so we cold have enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar & watched the sunset from its killer view. We would've liked to have stayed a little longer to have been able to enjoy all the amenities, especially since we'd paid more than we'd expected, but had a long drive ahead of us.
