Review 1：Hard to find esp if you don't know that area needed GPS and still got lost because of rd signs; building needs upgrades and rooms; very difficult to get hot water for a shower!! Fridge was not on but plugged it in and put our items in and went for supper and was cold when we got back...but no freezer part!
Review 2：Staff very friendly and helpful to help us find a restaurant and how to find our destination after checkout; beds were comfortable and clean.
Review 3：The parking that was reserved to us was taken by the client of the bar and we, 2 women, had to walk at night far to park our car.Smoke from cigarettes coming through bathroom ventilation.

Review 5：I had an issue with the hotel staff. I had my my museums tickets mailed to me the hotel address. The hotel staff received them but they have not given the tickets to me as the morning staff did not communicate with the evening staff about receiving my tickets.

Review 7：The drilling, banging, construction, repairs etc.was incessant. One of the reception clerks was the grumpiest person I have ever seen I asked for a wake-up call. None received. The grumpy person again....

Review 25：The lady at the front desk was very nice on my arrival even though they had not received my booking through email. (Booking.com) Overall, nice stay, and will definitely go back.
Review 26：One room of the hotel got burned during my stay so with help of the police I had to remove my stuff and leave, no one from the staff talk to me and I am waiting they give a refund cause I had pay everything alreay

Review 31：The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry myhair in the bedroom without good light. When we arrived there was anoverwhelming smell of very strong cleaning fluids and I could stillsmell it the following morning. Our room was at the end of a hallwaywhere a door opened to the outside. To the best of my knowledge thatoutside door remained open all night long, which made me uncomfortableas anyone could walk in without going past the front desk.
Review 32：We had booked a Queen Room but actually got a King Room. The bed wasvery comfortable and we both had an excellent night's sleep. Thetelephone in our room wasn't working but was replaced in a shortamount of time after we advised the front desk.
Review 33：Sketchy area and attracts unsavory characters. Bar next door is very loud and can be heard in the room. Bed and pillows are stiff and uncomfortable.

Review 35：The location, right next to a bar which appeared a little rough, therefore a little worrysome. There was a lot of noise naturally, traffic (right on the boulevard), etc.
Review 36：It looked like there had been recent renovations done in the room we had; the bed seemed prettty new (big firm mattress) and clean-looking bedclothes.
Review 37：It's nothing negative at all, but when travelling with children you should check the TV channels, there are a few free porn channels and when we turned the TV on at our arrivel such one was the first appearing on the screen. There is a small breakfast included in the price, nothing spectacular and it's no self service so you have to ask the front desk staff to give you the coffee.
