Review 1：The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that you couldn't regulate the room temperature in the pension house (was too hot), only by opening the window. The matress had also a big part in it, since it seemed to be glowing once you lay on it. However that made my first night almost sleepless.

Review 6：Pretty much everything. Beautiful room and spacy bathroom, The location is really close to Pravčická brána, the food was excelent. If you are looking for privacy with your partner, this is probably the hotel for you.

The family is very sweet and very warm, you can feel their passion and hospitality from dinning foods, room decoration and fesitval events of running the hotel. Review 10：A cold and unfriendly welcome. We use booking every mounth for years but this is the first place we will complain over, it was so dirty all over. The bathroom, waw it was bad. The bruch for the toilet was swiming in water with a lot of ....on. In days we found hairs that was not from us. Not a nice atmosphere at the morning table, only one of the staff we saw in 5 days was open and friendly.

The room stinks like toilet and no air con( it was really hot when we went there). Wifi is weak,sometimes doesnt work. Review 18：Our room was a deluxe room and quite expensive (it was all that was available at the time). In most respects it was excellent, though more spacious than fancy. My one critique is that the bathroom lacked hooks for towels and the shower head did not work properly.

Review 36：We loved the peaceful location directly on the hiking trail to Pravcicka Brana. The room was spacious and comfortable. No regrets at all about staying up the road from the town - bus service was excellent, and U Forta's restaurant was much more appealing than those we saw in Hrensko (breakfasts, in particular, were outstanding).

When we said that to reception (to a really kind and smiley girl) it seemed that they already knew the existance of the problem, and they did nothing to try to compensate our non sleeping night.

Review 43：We stayed in one of the bungalows on the bottom floor. It was really modern and clean. The rooms on the top though are nicer as they have a balcony and you don't get the noise from the people moving around above. The staff were friendly. We were given a map and informtion book at check in. It is located in a good location to hike to the sites of Czech Switzerland. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty to go around. The food in the restaurant in the evening was also very good (it is a little more expensive than a typical Czech restaurant but not too much). Good WIFI connection. Would recommend if you want to be away from it all and listen to the sound of the birds when you wake up!
Review 44：Wonderful to experience good friendly service. Quality clean accommodation in a beautiful quiet location, we had one of the bungalows which was perfect for us with two dogs. It was Valentine's Day and they organised an evening dinner, without hesitation they adjusted the menu for our gluten free request.

Review 64：I have never experienced such attitude in a four star hotel. We have booked a bungalow for 6 days. Upon arrival we have received the worst one, at ground floor, right opposite to restaurant, far from parking, no curtain etc. 8 or 9 of the 13 bungalows were empty. When I asked an another one, receptionist said, it is not possible as 1 of the 6 nights during our stay all others will be occupied. (They didnot want to make up bed once more.) Most buildings have two floors, two flats, we received a lower one, another couple lived up, while other bungalows' both flats were empty. Cleaning was unacceptable, full of spiders and spidernets. During 6 days no one came up to clean up. We have received two small refillable liquid soapd, enough for one bath. We should use our own soap. We received two small towels, when I asked a bigger one, they said, it is being washed now. After two days I asked again and finally received!!! There is an open terrace but no desk or any furniture to enjoy it. Breakfast begins at 8 am, if you arrive at 8:30, everything is out and not filled up. Wifi sometimes works, sometimes does not, mobile phones same. I don't care TV but for other guests would be useful info, that only Czech TV channels may be watched, which is strange at German border. Reception is open between 10-18. First question of the receptionist at arrival was, whether I would like to pay the bill now. Unfortunately, I did. Summarized it is clear that owners or management would like to earn money without limited efforts.

Review 104：Staff attitude. We were originally told at Reception that dinner would be served up to 21h00 because they awaited a late arrival of a tour group. When we arrived at the restaurant at 20h00 we were told that the restaurant had just closed and we could not be served anymore. We had to find some food in the close by town of Hrensko, which was quite a challenge on an out-of-season Monday night. Breakfast was substandard. Instant coffee with breakfast.

Review 106：The hotel is just beside the trail path for the natural bridge. The hotel is really comfortable and the meals at the restaurant are very good. I reccommand that place.
Review 107：Wi-Fi didn’t work at all at our room for 2 days of our stay. It also didn’t work at any other places of the main building and outside. Only sometimes there was connection at the restaurant, but it was weak and short. And it was not our problem only, during our stay we saw other people from rooms in the main building and bungalows, trying to get WiFi connection, but without any result. We wanted to discuss the problem with the receptionist, but we couldn’t find her – she disappeared after our check-in, the next day the reception was locked in the morning and at 5 pm and 7 pm, when we came to the hotel after hiking. It was also locked at the morning of our departure, though it was 11am and it is standard check-out time; we left the keys at the restaurant, not at the reception. It is very strange, especially for 4stars hotel. On the whole, the hotel is good, but it is not of 4stars level. Our suite was rather big, but it had very simple furnishings, no decoration at all, and the bathroom was small. Besides, there was a strange smell in the room. No air-conditioning and no refrigerator, and it would be good for a suite in a hotel of high level.
Review 108：Very good location – at the centre of Czech Switzerland National Park, at the crossroad of the main hiking routes. Our suite in the main building was rather big and clean. Radio at the bathroom was funny, our children liked it. :) Good breakfast and good choice of dishes for dinner (restaurant works till 10 pm; but menu is in Czech and German only). Friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist waited for us as we arrived later than usual check-in (we informed her about it beforehand), waiters are also welcoming though most of them don’t speak English.

We stayed for 2 nights and both days asked the staff to do something with that, but staff said that everything works because there is no problem on reception. Really, on reception it worked, but reception opens only when some people need to check in/check out. So, for 2 and the half days, this problem was not resolved.

Review 116：The staff was really friendly and helpful and the location could not get better if your main purpose is hiking in nature. The facilities have been renovated recently and they were clean and perfectly maintained. Also the rooms in the main building were decorated in a fresh minimalist style rather than the classic prints I saw offered in most of the hotels in the surroundings. If you are looking for gourmet-style food, you will have a difficult time in the whole area.
