Review 1：Located in a very shady district of Zurich (red light area), there were drunk and homeless people nearby shouting in the night.

Review 3：actually this was my second stay with this apartment. Both with my family, but two year gap. This time was way worse than the previous stay. The space was larger but drtier... And the dining stuffs were smelly.. Smelled like someone cooked a noodle in a very recent time. And i didnt feel secured in surrounding areas especially the streets. I wont recommend it to friends or others

Review 13：The key is a magnetic key so I first thought I received a key-tag only which was stressful. I had to call he emergency number to find out how to get in. The internet only works if you have a mobile phone to receive the code.

Review 17：The apartment does not isolate you from noise. There was a family at the upper apartment, their child was continuously running and they were hitting everything against the floor. It was like a big drum, you could not stay inside, nor sleep. We phoned to the agency, but they did not want to help us - they told us to manage the problem by going to our neighbors. They have no reception, only a poor English-speaking call center. You should solve everything by your own and they do not care about your needs. Overall, it was a bad experience - I recommend another similar location with professional service and reception; there are many and better in Zuerich.
Review 18：There is no staff at all. If you need anything you are out of luck. Run out of toilet paper, need a blanket, loose your key, you are out of luck and you cant get a hold of anyone. We were very cold in the room and there was only a sheet, we had to sleep in our winter clothes just to make it through the night.

Review 26：You can't keep your luggage at apartment before check-in or after check-out time. The room key is very small and in case you loose it, you will have to pay a hefty charge. No staff physically available at the location so you are on you own for everything. The bathroom is very small, but this is the case in almost whole Europe. There is no AC, so it becomes quite difficult in hot weather.
Review 27：10 min via Bus from Zurich HB with frequency at every 5 min, so was centrally located. The apartment is Nice, clean, with big room & kitchen with quite surrounding. Electric cooking Range, utensils and Dish washer facilities so we could easily prepare what we liked. Since there is no staff physically available at the location, clear instructions were provided by them on email on how to get the keys and drop them while checking out.

Review 37：Nice kitchen (even though we didn't used it), the shower was very good. Quiet place, some restaurants around. It's an appartment without any reception, you have to put a code (sent by mail) in some device to get your key. This can be useful for people arriving late (like us).

Review 51：I stayed in 2 bed room apartment in End of August.There is no staff on Place you have to enter pin code and a Machine dispenses an Electronic Key just like a vending machine we did not have any problem with that A Nice Apartment well maintained, Comfortable and all facilities. Near Down Town almost walking distance from Zurich Main Railway station [15 Min walk at medium pace with luggage] exactly 1.2 KM. Rooms are quite big. It was much more than my expectations.

Luckily we had an early start next day and we just decided to leave very early in the morning instead. I would say that you should avoid staying there in the summer, or they should install an conditioner.
Review 65：The apartment is not far from the main train station, about 10-15 minutes walk away, but located right in the middle of the red light district and clubs area. It is clean, spacious and well equipped.

She threw our cold drinks bottle in trash. she was so angry that she began cleaning while shouting in french... one day - our one beer can was missing. doesnt matter with one beer can but just letting you know. the street is very very noisy on friday night saturday night. very very hard to sleep on those days. consytruction work starts in morning. wifi doesnt work. the instructions recieved before hand. the attachment did not open. We used one open wifi connection which was not good.

Wifi access is easy just entering a code provided by a website. There’s no reception but check-in and check-out are fast and easy with an automatic machine, we didn’t have any problem. 5 minutes by bus from city center, everything was very convenient. We only stayed there for 2 nights so that was perfect for us. Quality/price relation is exceptional for comfort, convenience and Zurich, which is a very expensive city. I absolutely recommend it!
Review 110：There is a noise from the street especially Friday and Saturday night because it is in the region with many bars and night clubs. The RFID token used as a key for the front door is only one and that is not good if you are four in the apartment.

Even after following numerous steps, it never got activated. 2) TV were not functional. 3) The apartment number labelled on the key was wrong. I had to check it on every door to find out my apartment. 4) They should provide a map along with key code email, so that any stranger can also find the property out when he arrives to Zurich station. 5) Transport bus route number, station where to get down should be also provided to the guest for easy reach. 6) Apartment must have land line phone, if he wants some services.

Review 128：I only knew from reading reviews elsewhere, the problem about getting the hotel key using the last 5 digits of your booking code. This information should've been better highlighted within the confirmation email from Booking.com. I'm also unhappy that I wasn't told beforehand that check-in was at 2pm. I didn't get an email from the hotel until the morning I landed (10am to be precise). which was obviously too late. Luckily a fellow guest waiting told me. Either the email is sent at least a day in advance or the 2pm check-in time is stated on the key box at the hotel door too.
