The rooms were clean,nicely decorated and well equipped, including a complementary Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast buffet offers hot and cold food, including homemade jam and bread. If you're not a fan of filtered coffee, ask what ever one you prefer -- latte, cappuccino, latter macchiato, etc… you name it, it's included. Recommended. Will come back.

Review 8：New place, absolutely flawless, very close to Old town, one of the best places I've stayed at. Across the street is private parking Italia, I made reservation via mail everything was easy.

Review 9：Awesome customer service. We had a very early train departure scheduled which we mentioned to the front desk clerk upon checking in. The front desk clerk left a note and had breakfast bags ready for us when we were leaving. That was so nice of them! Everybody we had contact with was so friendly! Review 10：I would totally not recommend this property for a family with young baby - did not allow us to keep baby food in hotel refrigerator as room didn't have one telling us their policy is not to even keep meds of patients that needs to be refrigerated. Out of 15 hotels stayed in Europe in last year first one to refuse. Also when asked help on heating baby food, refused - again a first for us. Also room was poorly maintained - very small, light fixtures on bedside dangling, main door of room doesn't close and bath fixture fell off, light switches for bathroom fell off.

Review 12：The night receptionist guy was not really friendly, and the young lady who helped us upon arrival was also not really friendly. But the breakfast team and the other nice receptionist lady ( the one with the glasses, very sorry I didn't ask for her name ) made up for the least friendly staffs.

Review 54：Location! Had I been smarter and not gone three times around Zurich HB, I'd been there in minutes after train arrived to the station. Now it took a quarter of an hour. When I continued to my meeting in the morning by train, it really was a flash and go. Easier than leaving home.
