Review 1：Meter parking, big hassle. Refrigerator went out first night, was not repaired till morning and no compensation for food thrown out.

Review 3：The electric cooker did not work very well. Because we were cooking for 6people, it wasn't very convenient.

Review 5：The noise. We had the chiller of the aircondition in the kitchen balcony ,while the appartment is not sound proof. Watching the TV in living area was an unpleasing time .

Review 15：Very old and unclean hotel, don’t take your family there, and don’t go there by yourself, 1) The Air condition was not working 2) all the bathrooms in the apartment had no lock 3) They don’t offer me another apartment, instead they send their maintenance people who spend half night in our apartment !! 4) they couldn’t fix the AC or the bathrooms doors so they send us to other apartment, 5) again the AC was not working in one of the rooms so I put all my children’s in one room, 6) the drainage tube in one of the bathrooms was clogged and the water flooded. 7) Next day the police were there, one of the customers found the roof of his car damage, the police said someone throw cleaning material from the hotel, and they had suspicions in hotel staff. I had been in many hotel all over UAE and around the world, this is the worst hotel ever. الفندق قديم جداً وغير نظيف، لا تأخذ اسرتك إلى هناك، ولا تذهب لوحدك، 1) المكيف لم يكن يعمل 2) الحمامات في الشقة لم يكن لها اقفال 3) بدلاُ من توفير شقة بديله قاموا بارسال عمال الصيانة الذين امضوا نصف الليله في محاولة اصلاح المكيف والحمامات 4) لم يتمكنوا من أصلاح أي شي فنقلونا إلى شقة أخرى 5) ومرة أخرى المكيف في أحدى الغرف لم يكن يعمل واضطررت إلى وضع أطفالي في حجرة واحدة 6) انابيب تصريف المياه في احد الحمامات انسدت وطفحت المياه في الحمام 7) في اليوم التالي حضرت الشرطة إلى الفندق حيث وجد أحد النزلاء اضرار بليغة في سقف سيارتة، تحقيقات الشرطة الأولية أشارت إلى احتماليه ان احد عمال النظافة في الفندق قد القى دلو به ماء واوساخ وبعض مواد النظافة من طوابق عليا في الفندق لتقع على سقف السيارة. شخصياً حجزت في العديد من الفنادق في ارجاء الامارات وحول العالم... وبصراحه هذا هو أسواء فندق رايته على الاطلاق.

Review 16：The bathrooms in Room 1402 were run-down and the master's bathroomfloor was wet when we arrived. The drainage of the common bathroom wasclogged so there was a pool of water after showering.Seven of us stayed in the apartment but there were only 2 towels. We requested extra towels but one of them was dirty! Very disappointing! We complained at the reception but the "Duty Manager" on night shift was very rude and said he would be happy if all of us should just leave and have no problems giving our money back! We we're in shock! Absolutely no courtesy and customer service skills! The next morning we followed-up the complaint with the manager on morning shift and found out that the rude staff was just a security guard!! We were all fuming mad! We learned that his name was MR. UDAY and apparently a lot of customers already complained about his rudeness. He needs to be terminated so the duty manager asked us to file a complaint here at Booking.com.

Review 22：The hotel address is not exactly the same one as on booking website. Actually, we can't see the hotel sign from the main road (which is the address). The hotel stands on the other side of a big building. It took us some time to find the place.

Review 23：The apartment was very spacious and had 3 bathrooms/3 bedrooms. There were plenty of parking spot around the hotel for 15 AED per 24 hours which was very convenient.

Review 24：Receptionist are telling different story every now and then. Very poor customer service. It's hotel apartment and no knife or any kitchen utilities. You have to request and they will give it to you after 4 hours.

Review 25：we came for a baby shower party and the people at the reception did not let our guests enter because they said it was too much. I understand the policies of the hotel, its just that if some people checked in and had problems with them, then they should not generalize specially if you are always a guest on the hotel.

Review 29：The lady receptionist (Juris) attitude including the security on the morning duty has very bad attitude towards the costumer. They think that the costumers are not professionals which they can easy talk like they are the owner of the hotel and on that time I just trying to calm myself because I don’t want to ruin my day. Unlike the receptionist at night he was very polite on dealing the costumer. And also this is my first time to encounter on booking a hotel that every visitor that will come to the room will cost 20 AED even they just visit for an hour which is very acceptable. The only reason why my friend visit the place because I choice the place to celebrate casually my birthday then now this is what I got on this hotel shame to my friends (15 friends cost me 300 AED). Hope Booking .com will consider this serious negative complain of this hotel and take some action for removing this hotel on your list and give very low mark.

Review 30：The apt was not very clean - the table in the living room looked as it had not been wiped down, the floors throughout were not vety clean and the faucets had toothpaste and grime, as if they had not been wiped down after previous guests. There were roaches in the kitchen. (Luckily, the kitchen is on the opposite end of the flat from the bedrooms and could easily be shut off from the rest of the flat.) They ran out of towels but brought us clean towels in the morning, after other guests had checked out, I presume.

Review 73：That the hotel was dated and really does need a makeover. It needs to be freshened up, the net curtains up the Windows appeared as though they had never been cleaned since they were uninstalled. Carpet in bedroom was heavily stained and again really needs replacing. The showers leaked onto the floor and the showers dribbled as opposed to flowing comfortably.

Review 74：we had problems immediatelying with the showers but as soon as we contacted reception the maintenance guy was up within five minutes and then within half an hour had returned with two new shower heads and replaced them both. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable and linen clean.

Review 75：The apartment was not the same as advertised in pictures on website. Onentering the hotel the reception area was poky and dated. The generalhallway from the lift to the apartment had a very bad smell of cigarsand damp. The rooms were dated and very poorly refurbished, they hadpainted over old tiles etc. I had paid top price as it was during theGrand Prix weekend and I was highly disappointed. I was not bale torelax in the apartment. Also the night before our stay the hotel chargedmy card and I was under the impression that booking.com do not shareyour details or pre book your card.

The way he asked us was very rude I wonder if he ever attended costumer service seminar. The sitting room has very old set of sofa and dirty, The dinning table is faded out and its chairs are old and should be all replaced ASAP!. The TVs are outdated with very few channels and all 3 TVs must be replaced by LCD or Plasma. The curtains are broken and should be replaced by new ones. The bathroom amenities are not enough and there is NO shower cap. The towels put in the bathrooms are torn out and not usable. The complementary bottled water are served on arrival only and they are small sized bottles. The parking lots are very limited and metered on daily basis which makes it very inconvenient for the visitors to watch the parking and renew everyday otherwise there a high pay fine is waiting for us.Overall, Century hotel apartments must be renovated entirely if they look for clients' satisfaction and good business.

And the worst of all, I think the hotel forgot toprovide customer service training to their manager and staff.
