Review 1：Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff - went out of their way to organise activities and made suggestions. Out of the village and elevated with great views but only 10 minute walk down to the centre (15 minutes up...) through the woods and fields. Central and easy to get anywhere in Andorra.

Review 2：Water pressure is veeeery low. WiFi signal should be improved.

Review 3：Fireplace on the ground floor with sofas around. It is slightly outside Ordino, above it, and has very nice views both from rooms and restaurant. SPA is quite poor but still a plus Cozy design, feels like warm grandma's house. Good breakfast and dinner. Best waitress ever, the one who served us a dinner.

Review 4：A pity the bar downstairs including area outside not used which forces everyone to stay in the upstairs bar area (inside). Wifi not available in the rooms. Dinner not great indeed but very cheap.

Review 7：Very nice hotel with lovely view across the valley. Bedroom and bathroom was small but adequate for our stay. Very friendly gentleman on reception when we arrived who spoke perfect English and made us very welcome. There were not many people staying in the hotel when we were there and so the restaurant was not busy and the food choice was limited but what we had was very tasty and reasonably priced.

Review 16：Parking facilities not good enough. Weak WIFI signal and accessible only (sometimes) from near reception desk. Breakfast buffet can be clearly improved.

Review 23：Most of the rooms have balconies with views over Ordino, the valley and on to the mountains. Excellent lounge areas and large terrace by the bar. The staff were very friendly and multilingual which helped enormously. The breakfast was reasonable with a fair choice of cereals, cheese, cold meats, yogurt,excellent home made cakes and croissants.

Review 25：The location is superb, the views are stunning from every window . The staff were above average for a hotel of this quality, we were made to feel "One of the Family" but with all the service; and service is the word , of a luxury hotel . Every request was dealt with promptly and with a smile . Advice on the region was given and we were made to feel "Special".

Review 26：Wifi worked well in common areas but not in our room. Spa only available 4-9pm at additional cost of €3 pp/hr and with reservation. Spa jacuzzi was cold and steam room didn't work -- only sauna working. Fortunately Caldea Spa only a 15 min drive.

Review 27：Incredible views, spacious room, balcony, free parking (outside), convenience to western side of Andorra (Ordino, La Massana, Valnord skiing, Andorra La Vella, Caldea), affordable fixed dinner menu, common room with fireplace, free breakfast with mountain views, free wifi. On weekend filled up with Spanish skiers but this made atmosphere better - was empty our first two nights midweek. Good base for our winter holiday and would consider as we'll for summer visit as views were spectacular. Better to stay here than in town but need a car.
