Review 1：I believe I was charged more for the room than the rate I booked at, but I can't prove that.

Review 2：Staff was very accommodating. When I wanted to extend my stay, they were flexible. I very much liked not having to pay in advance to book!

Review 3：Toilet was on the short side, felt like we were sitting on the floor. Somebody before us had split coffee down the front of the desk and it has not been cleaned up. Parking was a challenge when you had 3 big pick ups all parked in the same area. Could hear the people next door talking. The bed was not comfortable.

Review 8：Close to business centre. All kind of shopping with in 5 minutes. Ample of parking for any size of vehicle great staff clean facilities. Room equipped with fridge stove microwave even dishes provided.

Review 9：Stains on the carpet, room stunk, overall it looked like a pig pen. You pay a charge to have a pet in your room, then you get put in the worst state room they have.

Review 10：That my westie could stay in the hotel with us. We always bring her crate which she sleeps in, and never is allowed on any furniture.

Review 11：Our room was not cleaned. The beds were not even made. They only changed the towels and gave us more coffee. Whomever cleaned our room stacked our old (used styrofoam coffee cups with the new ones, GROSS!!) and the front office smelled like cat spray. I would not stay here again

Review 13：Room was clean and pet friendly. Hotel is located next to a nice restaurant, a liquor store, gas station and grocery store. It is right next to the highway so there is, unfortunately, traffic noise.

Review 14：We've stayed many times at the Bon Voyage because it's good value for the money. It's easily accessible and quick to check in. Clean and friendly.

Review 15：I don't like the stale smell in the room I feel that they need to be cleaned a little better. We had 2 room keys, one of them didn't work at all and then at 6 am neither one worked. Not a great experience for the amount charged.

Review 16：Bathroom could have been alot more cleaner. Kitchen items are always locked so can't use them, if wanted to have to pay more. And prices keep going up higher and bothing is changing in the rooms. Wish the bed was more softer and actually have some movie channels

Review 22：We are so used to a good TV guide on our home cable that it was very difficult to select programs from the scrolling guide. This was somewhat better than other hotels, though, who have NO guide.

Review 23：We liked that we could request a ground floor room and get it. We like the location of the Bon Voyage, outside city, but close enough to get there.

Review 24：Didn't like the fact that we found a previous guests prescription garbage that was dated Janurary!!!!! The showers leaked all over floor so had to use shower towels to wipe up. Could tell it happened often as there is visible damage. Front desk didn't answer phone when calling.

Review 30：If you do not own a big truck, you probably will not feel at home as there were lots of construction people staying there. However that was not a problem as everyone settled in early.

Review 33：Great location for stopping off between the Cariboo and continuing on to BC's Northwest. Even though we had stayed here twice in previous years we had not tried the restaurant. It was surprisingly good, as was the service. Friendly staff.
