Review 1：No soap in room, dispensers empty. Hotel hard to find, dark and depressing inside and out. Looked like an abandoned building at night time.

Review 11：The hotel was dark and gloomy-they rarely had lights on in public areas-you had to request these to be turned on! The beds were a 5 cm pad on an unsprung base that looked like a sofa bed type base. The towels and bedding had holes in them and the bathroom was covered in mildew. We had to ask at the desk to get new toilet rolls. The breakfast area was equally dark, and the breakfast was often cold. You didn't always get a full selection of drinks etc. It was meant to run til 10 am but they started tidying away at 9 am. There was frequently insufficient seating for everyone staying. The key cards we had were held together with sticky tape. The hotel was also meant to be being decorated but there was no sign of any work being done there. The hotel seems to live off coach trips , so people are mostly only there one night, and that really would have been long enough. Even at a budget hotel I would expect a clean bathroom and bedding/towels without holes.

Review 13：there is a small black-white television in the room, the 3 bed -room is very narrow, the whole room include toilete is about 16 square meter,need to drive about 40 min. to the city center.
