Review 2：Mathew in particular from reception was absolutely great and so kind. Conceirge was very good.it was our anniversary and they had left chocolate covered strawberries and three different types of juices. They really made our stay comfortable and memorable. This is our favorite hotel in Zurich and we now only want to stay here.

Review 5：Staff service was everything you'd expect from a top hotel and more. The interior design of the hotel and rooms was beautiful, extremely comfortable bed and fabulous marble bathroom with heated floors. Exceptionally delicious food.

Review 6：The fact there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room is very disappointing. We asked if they could be provided and were told it would cost us an extra 60 SF (about £40). When we asked about this at reception, the answer given was that only the suites had these facilities. Given the price of the room, this is unacceptable. The abstract "art work" on the walls was awful - actually unpleasant to look at.

Review 11：We have staying in some nice hotels where service is key but this hotel took it to a level I never knew existed. The staff were ALL so amazing. To give you a sense of their commitment, I asked directions to the nearest gas station to check on a low tire pressure issue with the rental and they insisted on taking care of this for me. There was no charge, it just happened.

On the first night we found a piece of glass on the bed, where my 11months old daughter and 6 year old son were sleeping, at check-out informed the receptionist, who was not bothered and responded as expected. Review 21：Well situated by the Lake and only a few mins walk from the Opera House which was the main purpose of our visit....The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating to requests... The restaurant staff (Terrasse) were amazing. Our room was quiet and spacious and beautifully decorated. Only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Review 24：Everything from the warm and caring doorman to the patient and smiling lady who showed us how to use the heater and brought us to the room was wonderful. The lounge coffee shop area is one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever sat in. It is homey without being too simple and yet impeccably grand due to the large chandelier and subtle colors of green and large mirrors.

Review 31：The concierge recommended a Japanese restaurant but it turns out very poor taste. I might be the culture difference cause we travel to Japan a lot and we have visited so many nice Japanese restaurants. And the inner garden view (I don't know how to call it) is such a mess when I looked out from my bedroom window and I think they were under some construction. I would definitely change/upgrade a room if I knew this before. But my husband was so excited with his friend coming to meet us in Zurich so he wouldn't let me waste time for changing a room. The rest was perfect and I would love to spend more time at this hotel next time I come to Zurich.

Review 105：A bit too snobby - and not welcoming enough. The breakfast place across the street that we really wanted to go to was closed for renovations. The staff had an attitude of not really caring whether we were guests. Only there one night so maybe that is why. But for price paid, expected more.
