Review 1：No cleaning in the apartment during all our three-day stay.

Review 2：Excellent spa-complex in mountains situated in the south of Switzerland. You rent an apartment and may visit the swimming pool and spa, take skin procedures (all for additional fee, but not too expensive). Good staff, wonderful view from the south part of the apartments.

Review 3：If anything, the code of conduct in the pool was a bit too unflexible towards children.

Review 8：My understanding from the website was that the spa and indoor pools arenot included but the hotel has nice outdoor pools. In fact, youdon't have an access to anything. Even a trampoline that was rightout of our room was closed to children and accessed only through thespa. Entrance fees to the pools are very expensive. In addition, thestaff hardly speaks any english so it was very hard to get simple thingslike extra soaps etc. In sum, we don't recommend the place

Review 16：Swimming cost not included in the self catering apartment price (when it's the reason for booking in that location) and added another £200 to 3 days family swimming. Swimming sessions purchased did not necessaily access you for the day. eg if planned to swim in morning and then again later in the day, then counts as two entry fees and would have been even more expensive. Can't go back to self catering apartment for lunch without paying again to go in. Not clear enough when booking the differences between thermals, swimming and spa treatments and prices for each. More food basics on sale in the hotel shop would be good as nearest shop is 1 mile walk up hill and back, walking with family shopping in the heat when self catering. City tax amount was more than stated. Per person per 'stay' in website translation turned out to be per person per 'night'.
