Review 3：When checked out, they charged me Euro 19 extra fee for each of my two kids: one is 3 and the other one is 5. Their reason is they have sent me email to offer a more expensive room, although I didn`t take the offer with confirmation, they regarded I take it.
Review 4：I loved this hotel. It is an excellent place to stay when you have young children. There is plenty for them to do outside (sandbox, swing, slide and a lot of grass) and it's right next to the Biergarten. The food was really delicious too! The Biergarten is in a perfect location because you can supervise and relax while your children play. There is also an indoor playroom too. The rooms were very big, they have free wifi, free breakfast and it's very close to Legoland!

Review 74：1. Room in a separate building (sometimes with the front door locked on a key as a security precaution, as there are no hotel personel in that building) 2. Room in the loft (3rd floor stairs) 3. Room next to a fairly busy road 4. Room w/o AC or any ventilation at all, so if you don't want to suffocate you have to open a window, meaning that you will have to get used to the road noise 5. A very sharp and unpleasant smell in the room (due to ventilation issue I guess) 6. Our toilet broke (the water was running hence making noise). Front desk manager suggested to keep flushing in a special way until the water stops, however it didn't. We simply reconciled. 7. Breakfast is quite poor: no omlet or salads - was very disappointing. 8. When the front desk manger saw an infant at breakfast - she insisted on paying for the infant, and served a blanket and a cup of chocolate to him for the rest of our stay despite our requests to not do so. 9. Didn't find a boiler nor any sort of standard tea package in the room. The front desk manager offered to make a tea, but didn't say that it was not free. Found out about that at checkout. 10. At request to print something I was finally warned that I would have to pay .25 cents/sheet, and that was unpleasant, I mean at the price I pay for the room, with breakfast included - I do expect some extra services. 11. All conversations with front desk manager ended up with "Call booking.com and ask them" To summarize: There was a historacal precedent when Napoleon was passing through this town and did not pay for his lunch. This hotel makes me want to do the same thing.

Расположена сразу при въезде в город и через 5 минут на машине - Вы в Леголенде. Понравилось все, детские рисунки на стенах, детская игровая комната, когда пришли на завтрак, то дочка увидела карандаши и раскраску, было очень приятно! Персонал доброжелательный. Review 95：We booked this hotel because it's just 5 minutes from Legoland. After a long day at the amusement park, it's nice to not have to drive home. We booked a triple room and there was plenty of room to add a baby crib for our litle one. I was very happy that there were screens on the windows so we didn't have to worry about getting a room full of bugs. They are very family friendly here. There's a play room right next to the restaurant that is packed with toys for the kids. There's also a great outdoor seating area where you can eat and drink with a huge area for the kids to run and play. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very glad that we did. The food was excellent and the prices were good too! I highly recommend this place and we will be staying there on all of our future trips to Legoland.

The large backyard was well appreciated by our kid. Breakfast was tasty and rich enough. The breakfast room was large and pleasant decorated, each room had a specific table and the kids got every morning pencils and paper to draw. Very cute. Hotel was very well run by Mrs Manuela, always very efficient and professional. She refused none of my requests: she printed out my Legoland tickets, lend me some cutlery and so on. The hotel is very convenient located about 3km to Legoland. Netto and Lidl supermarket are just around the corner.

Also, the sheetswere like terry towelling which wasn't the most comfortable choice offabric.
