Review 1：The hotel not comfortable at all, they don't know how to deal with guest, bed sheet have a bad smell, tv not working also the AC had a water leakage from ceiling, trigger spray also leaking water one bedroom AC not working properly

Review 2：Offered us a room (602) while booking, but when we reached there they gave us another room (502), which we didn't feel comfortable. The floor was sticky as there were some kind wax on the entire area. The adjacent room was having drainage smell during night time, which was not at all acceptable. While check out, we wait for half an hour for room service staff to take the luggage, but no one came. Later we took it by ourselves.

Review 12：I like and admired everything in general and also I admired. The the staffs there also.the sea view give the hotel a tourist attractions. And the booking rates very cheap and OK.

Review 13：Only for overall monitoring & improvements sake I say this; the windows had hand marks all over them, so one then wonders how good the rooms are actually being cleaned. And although not staff related, rather design related… the shower and the bath in both rooms left water all over the floor no matter what one did. This is just bad design, something one often finds in any hotel anywhere in the world.

Review 14：We booked online, yet when we arrived the staff showed us the rooms first, I noticed one room was not sea view and we booked two sea view, so the staff upgraded us to two sea view VIP rooms and gave us extra beds for the kids at same price as we booked online… and it was busy Eid period, so very professional and considerate of them. Have to say all the staff were absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly couldn't complain, we weren't really on holiday, but we needed a night in a reasonable priced room during a peak time, we got it and lots of smiles too! Thank-you!
