Review 1：The maids knocked on the door around 8:30 am to clean the room every morning and were extremely disruptive, breakfast was not good and coffee was terrible. The breakfast room did not feel clean and we sat next to a dead plant. It is a strange hotel and I would only stay here if you only want to sleep and not use the facilities.

Review 4：Although all facilities for Hotel Post were excellent within the price range expectations, it was th staff that made the big difference. Nothing was too much trouble regardind advice or extra help. The south facing views were also stunning. An unexpected bonus was the cellar bar, a brilliant place to have fun till the small hours, when I should have been conserving energy for the next days mountain sports.

Review 11：they didnt come and pick us up when we arrived by train late at night, (i didnt know they could do that but they gave us a lift back so why didnt they offer it when we arrived?) the rude lady at breakfast on Monday, when we asked for another table, and she said no we cant change you because it's like that. no further explanation and there were 30 free tables...

Review 14：I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is family run and they made mefeel very welcome. The building has lots of historic charm (its almost120 years old) but is very clean and well maintained. My single room wasspacious and very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus. Theincluded breakfast had a nice variety. Location was very convenient to abus stop and a free regional pass to all busses and lifts was included.Train station was a walkable distance but the hotel was also willing toprovide transportation.

Review 15：Quite a few steps to the top floor (no lift) and shared bathroom faclities were a bit dated. But considering the good points and price, these were easily overlooked.

Review 16：Very clean throughout and helpful front desk. Attached restaurant had good food and views. Pass supplied free which covered all railways, lifts and cable cars in the area. Good breakfast buffet. Overall this hotel would be good value anywhere in Europe, but especially so given it's in Switzerland.

Review 17：We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant (the a la carte one downstairs). While the food was fine, the service was a bit brusque and the room needs some background music - otherwise you're just awkwardly listening to other people's conversations. There is no lift - but if you're coming for a ski weekend, you shouldn't have much trouble walking up some stairs, yeh?

Review 18：This hotel is situated nicely in the middle of Pontresina, close to a bus stop that will take you to the ski hills, the train station, or other sites of interest in the area. Our room was a little dated, but comfortable and with wonderful views of the mountains and valley. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was sufficient after a day of snow! Breakfast was filling and I rather enjoyed having my own table for breakfast.

Review 19：The food was wonderful. It is great that they have 2 dinner entree options, but it would be nice to have more dinner options that are swiss style regional food, like Rosti, Raclette, Fondue etc.

Review 21：A lovely quaint hotel set in the middle of picturesque Pontresina. The staff was warm and inviting - a family atmosphere. Everyday I received a heartfelt "enjoy ur day" from the women I called grandma - what more could I have asked for.
