Review 1：The cleaning was not okay the room was clod the heat doesn't work turn on on off ! For the new year the bar was closed I have travel couples of country and I didn't see that to go to the reception you need to go from the parking to go there because of the new year when we called them they said the bar gonna open until 00h30 And the restaurant was expensive for the food they serve .

Review 2：The thermal pool and the spa was fine the location was great with views and the mountains great location wifi good in all the hotel . And the staff was nice in the all hotel , there is free shuttle bus to the mountains cross from the hotel .

Review 4：We liked the swimming complex most. Hot water, the cleanliness of the pools, hygiene (special fountains for disinfection of feet) spa. Great place to relax in summer and winter. There is a good outdoor kids area. There is a free indoor and outdoor parking. But there is not wi fi in the room. The hotel is consists of 5-6 big houses connected between them with corridors. We were in the house which is highest on the hill with big terrace and great view. It could say that the hotel is favored by the more relaxed people, elderly people or families with babies because of the peace, fresh air and tranquility. I mean It is not particularly suitable for teens and people looking for nightlife and discos.

Review 11：The room descriptions are a little unclear, we ended up in a single room which with a baby wasn't practical. For a small increase we upgraded to a place with 2 rooms once we were there and the staff were really helpful in doing so. Something to bear in mind if you're travelling with children though.. especially if you go in peak season. The breakfast buffet is good but apart from that the food at the hotel is overpriced and not very good at all, would steer clear of this, as we were there for only 2 days we ate in the hotel twice for ease but both meals were distinctly average.

Review 12：The hotel was great, good kitchen facilities, comfy beds and access to apartments from hotel are all indoors in case of bad weather. The staff were very friendly and the setting is absolutely stunning, plenty of hiking possibilities in summer / skiing in winter. Access to the spa is perfect, and definitely a really cool place for relaxing. We will definitely return at some point!

Review 13：The yellow colour all over the front of the hotel made it look cheap, not a very encouraging first impression. Unfortunately, we had to look at it while dining in the restaurant. Too many menus were provided at dinner time, too much choice.

Review 14：The outdoor thermal baths and the spa were lovely and the were very clean. The views of the mountains from the thermal baths were amazing. Our apartment was simple but very clean, modern and bright.

Review 15：Dinner is a disappointment ...... again. Next time we come, we will cook for ourselves as the rooms have their own kitchen and dining facilities. Breakfast was ok but quite basic for this standard of hotel.

Review 48：Very, very poor greeting at reception, the young receptionist told usshe was busy with another client before saying hello, we weren'texplained how to get to our appartment (the hotel is a real labyrinth).Being Swiss, I was ashamed to see that other foreign visitors were giventhe same welcome when checking-in. We were 4 people and the appartment,and it was only equiped for 2 persons (towels etc.). Some facilitieswere not open and the staff wasn't accomodating at all in explaininghow to reach certain facilities (sauna etc.). The hotel mentioned thatthe refection work should be finished by Dec. 2012, but there is stillplenty of work in progress which spoils the view a bit when staying inthe outside pools. Very disappointing stay overall.
