Review 1：The building seems to have poor insulation as you can hear voices and movements from the people above. Friday night the tenants upstairs arrived home after midnight with loud voices and much banging of ??doors??closets, or whatever which went on for about 1/2 hour.

Review 2：The ski locker room is locked overnight. If you have an early morning departure (before 600am), you can not remove your skis, unless you take them out overnight, but then they do not want equipment in the rooms. Front desk staff were not contactable for 30 minutes despite, it being a 24hr service. Contradictory and not helpful when you are leaving at 330am. There is no information advising this.

Review 3：The cleaners hospitality was excellent. Our son was injured and spent a couple of days in the room, while the cleaners serviced the condo. They were very friendly and caring.

Review 4：No light on the balcony, and the lady at the reception desk did not give us enough information about equipment storage and parking etc. She was in training though so it is understandable.

Review 5：Room was gorgeous and fully equiped, fireplace really set the cozy atmosphere, very quiet and well kept! Right beside the liquor store, super market, and the lift!

Review 6：The outdoor fireplace wasn't warm enough to make the outdoor balcony suitable for guests to sit outside. There was no light on the balcony. It would be great if there were heaters that hung on the underside of the roof near the edge of the balcony and pointed in. That would enable guests to sit outside in their pj's in the morning and in loungewear versus snow gear at night. Also, it would be great to have bar stools at the kitchen island.

Review 7：The design of the rooms and quality of the finishes inside and throughout the property were great. The property management group clearly does an excellent job at upkeep. Keep up the good work!

Review 8：The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer was very convenient. Our visit was to see the place prior to returning in December for a week long stay. It was more than we expected!

Review 9：It's not a very soundproof building. You can hear the people above your suite as they move about. There were kids staying above us and they sounded like wild horses running around. The pool is a bit small.

Review 10：The room was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could ask for. The hot tub and steam room were great. I loved that our dog was welcomed.

Review 15：Everything. We only wish we found this sooner. It's not in Whistler Village but has great amenities, it's newer, classier and very well kept. The units are self-contained with a washer-dryer, kitchen, fireplace, killer bath tub and bathroom, and balconies with great views.

Review 18：I appreciated your front desk staff member, Jillian, who provided alternative (and quieter / natural outdoor) room options on the south wing, when the room location was not to my satisfaction. In addition, she was informative with the amenities of the area and shared suggestions for dining and outdoor excursions. The room had modern amenities and (air conditioning) for our stay. I would recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.

Review 19：Shower didn't seem to drain. Guests above were very noisy. You could hear their footsteps quite clearly in the morning. You could also hear people in the hallways, people were allowing their doors to slam. Parking 1 is on the same level as lobby but is not labeled in the elevator. We got lost for a bit. There weren't many choices for restaurants in the area. You needed to cook or drive up to the village.

Review 20：Great location if you want away from the loud rowdy village. There's a super market across the street. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a dish washer.

When we checked in, she said it wouldn't be a problem but just to call and remind them in the morning. Review 65：Great place for group of friends or family. We had a one bedroom apartment which had every facitilty you could imagine. In a very clean and modern setting. Just bring your own salt and pepper and everything else will be fine. Local shops are full of gourmet produce. We cooked a storm in the kitchen. Used the games room (pool and hockey) plus the spa and steam room. Not the upper village but parking at Whistler is free while you ski so cant complain. Very enjoyable stay.

Review 68：Great place for a weekend away with friends. Away from the hustle of the village, but still close enough if you want to spend some time there. Facilities are wonderful, especially the eucalyptus steam room! Staff were helpful when checking in and very friendly.

Creekside Market is close by for keeping the fridge stocked with fresh produce. Loved Whistler!!

Review 72：Everything was absolutely amazing!! This resort is absolutely immaculate and the staff is awesome! The place was perfect and quiet to relax in the mountains. The condos are top notch with extremely nice furniture and great style. Everything was above and beyond! I will come here again and again! The pool is great as well as the sauna and tubs. The view is beautiful. The deck is nice and big. Absolutely recommend this resort!!
